We have visited a lot of aquariums with our young son as he loves the lights and water- and I have to say this has to be best we have visited by far! This was partly due to the great variety but also the size of the aquarium which was a lot bigger than normal. Would definitely visit here again,... More

We have visited the Oceanarium before - there is a good variety of sea creatures and the facilities for a member of our party who required a wheelchair, were are of a standard that enabled them to participate fully with the family.

Loved it, the fact that you pay once but can come back the same day numerous times to see the various sea animals being fed is great, lots to see and very interactive, highly reccomend it

Unless you can get some serious discount vouchers then don't bother. Do not pay full price as you can do the whole aquarium in about 10 minutes and it is definitely NOT value for money! If you do wish to see fish or marine life then make the extra effort and go to Weymouth Sea Life Centre which is actually... More

There was a lot of information to read up about the animals. Lots to see and a quiz for young enthusiasts. We didn't make one of the feeding times, but saw the Otters come out for mealie worms in ice - yum! With one's entrance ticket there was an offer in the café next door. I believe photos were available... More

Large tanks and animals look healthy. Staff were looking for signs of injury etc while we were there so welfare seemed high on the agenda. Highlights were otters, sharks and turtles for us. The tunnel is well done and outside space for otters was nice touch. Teenage daughter enjoyed it too.

I have been here 3 or 4 times with my family. The kids always enjoy it, the under water tunnel is a really great touch and always a hit with the children. Only one occasion was a bit more stressful as it was mid summer and the place was packed, so it was more difficult to enjoy the fish, but... More

We had cheese on toast and feta salad. Both were very average with a 45 minute wait. There was very little salad with bog standard lettuce for over £4.00.

Was personally reluctant to visit this attraction, though the rest of the family was keen. However, was surprisingly interested and pleased with what I found. Thought admission price a bit steep at first, but on reflection, and comparison with similar places according to my daughter, this actually compared well. Very well located right on the sea front - which is... More

Although our tickets allowed us to visited for the day to be honest and hour and half at the most does this attraction but I suppose if you were inclined to you could go back for the feeding times. No a lot to see for the price paid.
