The gardens are lite up at this time of year and there is an outdoor ice rink too,with seals for younger children to use for balance, really lovely for all the family

This is a lovely walk with greenery, a park area and squirrels :) located very close to the beach and shopping.

We entered the gardens after we had been along the pier. What a lovely place to stroll. Although it was December we could well imagine how nice it would be in the summer months. I'm there every week with my friend even now when it's getting colder! There's some exhibition with lights, mini golf field and a big balloon - really nice place to go for a walk

i liked the lights and the ice skating rink and bar the atmosphere was good and it was not too busy,,ideal for getting into the christmas spirit

We visited Bournemouth for the day, always loved walking through these cards, so well kept as always. There was an outdoor ice rink which has just opened for the christmas period, my three love ice skating so paid for them to have a go, £25 for a 21 yr old, 15 yr and 11 yr old, they got an hour... Visited the Winter Market that was advertised as a 'German Market' and was very disappointed. Stalls selling stuff from Tibet, Bali, Spain and Dorset weren't what was expected.
