great to just walk along, listen to the music often playing at the bandstand or just sit and have a picnic, or use it to get from the beach to the shops. Day and night events held are great and kids stuff for the summer - all free is a must to visit whilst staying in town.

I walk through the gardens most days and it's always well presented. It's very nice for summer picnics and sun bathing. Kids love it too.

Very pretty area always bustling with families. Thought there was going to be a painting exhibition so a bit disappointed there wasn't. Hot air balloon ride available which looked fun. Be aware that at times students can be a little rowdy here. Take time to visit the aviary on the slopes.

Pleasant place to take the dog for a walk but a little depressing other than that. Bournemouth boasts nicer greener areas.

The gardens were beautifully maintained. They were very clean, plenty of seating and lots to do in the gardens.

Congratulations to Bournemouth for providing this lovely facility! The gardens are really well maintained and a pleasure to walk through. The squirrels are an added bonus. It was a lovely day when we visited and the park was busy with families having fun and people relaxing in deck chairs. A great place to spend a couple of hours.

These are really fantastic gardens, well maintained and clean, great for passing through on the way from the beach to the town or for stopping in to have a picnic. There are also toilet facilities a a few shops for tea/ coffee, ice cream etc. If that not enough you can always take a trip in the tethered hot air... More

Nice gardens. Well maintained. Sit in a deck chair to relax, or wander through looking at flora and fauna. Plus squirrels!
