History buffs will love this. Views are amazing. Then you add the visitor centre with all the information spanning thousands of years of human occupation and geological history. Cafe is worth a visit as well. After following trail.

Superb views out to sea and over Christchurch harbour. The walk takes a good hour. Can take a break at the restaurant on Mudeford Spit. The new visitor centre is worth a visit.

Great new museum to explain the history and natural diversity of the special site that has been occupied since the stone age.

Nice walks and sea views. Small land train goes up and down. Apparently, the local council is trying to stop it from running. Sign the petition to keep it running if you visit. It's a fair walk both walks. Nice cafe.

I could not believe how beautiful the little gem was! The car park is very convenient and a café by it is a must after a long walk. It is my favourite place in Bournemouth area. I enjoyed every minute spent there

It's a great place to blow away your cobwebs, we have a special seat, it bears a family name, it's nice to see the seats people have put for others to reflect and just enjoy the views. The Cafe is great to afterwards for replenishment. 10 out of 10

Visitors to Bournemouth might rightly expect long sandy tripper- friendly beaches, and to Christchurch perhaps a charming historical town and Priory. In which case this nearby place will surprise and delight if you make the effort to visit. There is easy (pay) parking by a good cafe at the Western end (The Hungry Hiker). A short walk brings you to... More

What a lovely place for a walk on a bright spring day. We walked around towards the beach and then up to the top and back down towards the excellent café. The sun shone and the dogs ran around enjoying themselves. It was a great place for photographs. The breakfast/brunch in the café was also very good. The place is... More

We cycled from Bournemouth pier, and then caught the ferry to Mudeford. Returned via Christchurch and Tuckton bridge.

What a great place to stretch the legs! A lovely walk to the beach huts and then around the headland. The huts are so photogenic. Save the land train too!!!
