When you run a conference you need to be able to trust the people who run the venue - from the day we went for our first visit the Riviera delivered superbly on everything we asked for. Food was oustanding and they're such NICE people to work with. Would happily endorse them and proactively recommend.

Outdated. Old fashioned. Needs updating. Don't know why they don't let a large hotel chain develop it into a proper conference centre with a hotel on the site

Thank you for your recent feedback, I am sorry to hear that on this occasion it did not meet previous expectations that we had previously set. After a review of the car parking charges we felt that a minimum stay of 3 hours for £3 was discouraging customers who wanted a shorter swim. We decided that a more flexible and... More

I visited the Riviera Centre taking a bargain ten pounds for ten days entertainment pass including gym access, swimming pool, sauna jacuzi, steam room and even free parking for the period! The gym is great, good equipment selection, friendly staff and first class changing facilities. The heated pool is a large fun pool with water slide, wave machine and helpful... More

We went for the dip and dine option as it was my daughter's 10th birthday. Went with grandparents and really enjoyed the swim. Pool is really warm and the waves are great fun. The dip and dine option is good value, but wasn't suitable for us on the day. After we had eaten, I asked the staff on attendance at... More

The riviera centre has a great indoor swimming facility great for family visit. The pool has slides and shower fountains for small and big kids. The pool has waves to make it more enjoyable for the swimmers. Changing and bathroom facilities are cleanly maintained with the centres restaurant for convenience. Took our 7 month old daughter and she loved the wave pool. Waves are every half an hour and there is a good children's section in there too. The girl on the desk was friendly and brought our pram through to the pool area which was handy. The changing rooms are nice and clean and provide good baby changing facilities.... More
