Wonderful little sea life exploration. My 4 year old son loves it. Its not as big as I expected, but it has a nice layout that flows quite well. We doubled backed and went through the indoor section again. Not as much variety as I hoped, but what they did have was wonderful. The Penguins, birds, seals, otters and sting... More

This place is absolutely brilliant. I was originally a bit sceptical about visiting here as I thought it was just going to be a few penguins, however I was going Paignton zoo so took advantage of the zooper ticket ( both attractions at discounted rate). Needless to say it was the best decision I made on my holiday as this... More

We have been around 8 times since moving here last April. We purchased a year pass for here and the Zoo. Best thing we ever did as all our visitors want to go and it would have been expensive for us to go each time. Living coasts is a winner with us and our family and friends. The staff are... More

This is a great attraction if you want to get up really close to the animals. You can see penguins making nests with sticks, also at different times you see the different animals being fed with a commentary by the staff. The staff are very caring with the animals and nothing is too much trouble with regard to explaining things to... More

Torquay is a wonderful tourist destination, with loads of things to do and see, great beaches and lots of hotels and B+Bs. Living Coasts is set on the edge of the sea, with great views and open air enclosures for the animals. The café is good, but the shop is one of the best I've ever seen for such an... More

I went here with a 6 and 2 year old and saw everything in an hour. I admit that if you read every information point and listened to every talk then you would spend longer here. In that sense it is probably best visited with 8 year olds or older. There aren't very many animals to see though and the... More

Penguins, penguins, penguins! What more can I say.... Never have I seen penguins up close like this. To watch them tuck in to there breakfast was a real treat. The staff care deeply about the animals and it really shows. What a great day out
