Living Coasts is a superb little attraction with animals and birds that you don't see at Paignton Zoo. Being connected with Paignton Zoo you can visit this attraction and also get a joint ticket for the two attractions at the time. The whole experience of the site is one of being casual as there is plenty of room within to... More

We went to see the penguins and were not disappointed. Watched them being fed and around my feet, amazing. Learnt a lot on conservation of the birds as well and saw creatures we have never seen except on TV. Well worth a trip whatever your age.

we have just visited this attraction with our grandchildren and found it interesting and informative. We spent about 3 hours there and found the attraction kept the children occupied. The feeding of the Penguins is fantastic and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this attraction, for 3 to 4 hours only.

Spent an enjoyable November afternoon wondering around this very well done attraction. All the staff we met were more than helpful. The chap on the gate was extremely good, he made us very welcome. Its not a massive place but its laid out very well and they have fitted a lot in in the small area they have. We loved... More

What an amazing place. When we went there on a stormy November 6th we were wondering if we had made a mistake. On entering however we were so pleasantly surprised. A lot of the attraction is under shelter so you can find something to do inside if it rains. The outside was wonderful - walking around with the penguins and... More

Didn't know about this attraction until we came across it and thought we would give it a go. Didn't know what to expect but found it really entertaining loved the fact that the penguins are free to walk around you. Great idea to have it open air.

We have lived in Devon for two years now but as our children were little we had not experienced living coasts. We had family down and they wanted to treat the children. We arrived to a small queue and a very grumpy auburn haired lady. When asked if they did a locals discount I nearly had my head bitten off... More

One of the best sea and coastal exhibits I have visited anywhere. Very well planned, very informative staff and perfect location. Highly recommended for children.
