We paid for our tickets in the harbour and was told the boat was just around the corner , however this was not the case and it was right around the other side of the harbour a good. 20 mins walk which past many other ferry companies all charging the same so next time will certainly be using a more... We're very sorry you feel misled because you had to wander around the harbour to the departure point. Ferries unfortunately do not depart from tarmac, they need water thats deep enough to float. You had a 30 minute rest across the bay, so we hope that made up for it. More

Took the Ferry to Dartmouth from Torquay. Was really interesting on the way, great commentary and information delivered with some good banter. Very choppy but the staff were informative and made sure everyone was OK! Lovely day out and prompt return.

£2 return - can't knock that for value! Not sure what else to say, apart from the fact the crew were friendly, the boat (Devonian) was clean and had a small bar on-board for hot/cold drinks, and the journey was very pleasant. Not sure how they can manage to turn any profit on a fare that cheap, but understand there... More

I've been on a few charters before with greenway ferry which have always been excellent. The boats are in immaculate condition and the staff are friendly and professional. I decided to go on some trips this summer and it was a really pleasant experience. Great value for money too!

We visited the Greenway estate recently & travelled both ways from Torquay by vintage 1940s bus. It was a quiet day so the bus wasn't very full. The driver was very helpful & informative & the bus gets a lot of attention from passers by. A great way to arrive at an interesting destination.

You feel in safe... More

We went to Greenway, Agatha Christie's holiday home, on the vintage bus. It's a lovely, and very apt, way to travel there. The driver gave us an extensive commentary on both the outward and return journeys, and that added to the enjoyment of the trip. He was extremely knowledgeable, and the facts were given in an entertaining fashion. On arrival... More

Great day trip out on the Fairmile to Dartmouth (silver ticket) including a cruise up the river Dart. What really made this trip was the crew, let's face it when you're on holiday you like a good laugh and it was brilliant, so well done! Book this trip and you won't be disappointed.

Went on trip with boyfriend. Ferry was over 45 mins late so the sliver cruise we paid for was cut short so was our time on there. Crew made up for bad start very nice guys and very helpful.

Somethings are out of our control. Sorry! At least the crew made up for it. More
