The Bygones was a okay museum with cobbled walk way on the ground floor. It was interesting and brought back some memories of the pass being I'm in my early thirties and some element in history I wasn't aware of so from aspect it was good but did thing the charge of £8.75 per adult was a bit high.

I loved this little place. So much to look at - you could stay there all day and still not notice everything. Various staged Victorian shops full of original memorabilia - you could almost feel that you were back in time. Not quite sure how they managed to cram so much into the building (including part of a steam train... More

We liked Bygones it is a great place to to see what life was like only thing for us we remember some of them, there is also working ,models of differnt things and old slot machines. Although it is mostly indoors we were able to take the dog in.It has an old street and is on different floors.

A must see, we enjoyed watching hundreds of antique items. Sometimes you might find something that reminds you of your parents/grandparents.

Saw this place advertised in a brochure and caught a bus from Torquay harbour ( 22 / 32 11) . Being retired these places bring back many childhood memories. Price was reasonable and the collection is spread over 3 floors. Rooms from various periods are on display, Victorian shops and replicas of the 2 word wars are part of this... More

Well presented travel back in time. Brought back many memories of things we used, and the way we had to live. Good for today's children to see just how lucky they are, and how much they have. Excellent collection, very well displayed. Good Value for money, spend a few hours going back in time, and then have a good snack... More

BYGONES is an amazing collection of historical items that have been collected over many years it would be impossible to remember everyone you saw. There's something for all ages to do and don't forget to have a Devon cream tea before you go
