We took our in laws and spent over 2 1/2 hours here - so much to see and is really like stepping back in time. So much effort has been put in - it really is worth a visit.

Went here with my son (12) as we saw it on route through babbacombe village. It is a family run business with a mocked up Victorian street and many artefacts of great interest from the past. My son loved the fact that he found out what HMV stood for!!! (His Masters Voice) all in all a reasonably priced attraction that... More

We really enjoyed our visit here and it was well worth the money. As we only had an hour we took plenty of photos which are allowed. My favorite was the toy shop and the milliners. I wouldn't take any young children as it was darkened to create a wonderful atmosphere I think our 3 year old would have been... More

We enjoyed all the different areas in Bygones especially the Victorian streets where you could imagine you were there. The Railway and World War 1 displays were also excellent. The shop also stocks interesting gifts not just your biscuits, toffees and fudge.

An amazing experience which the whole family will enjoy. The best part in my opinion is the Victorian street but there is also a world war 1 trench and period rooms and more. Well worth a visit.

This place is amazing, going through the years, how everything is set up like a real street real shops with all genuine products from before during and after the war, even usable arcade machines used from many many years ago, even a real steam locomotive located inside, we loved this place definitely a place worth visiting

The great thing about this location is that it's indoors so would suit for all weather. Once inside after paying a slighty pricey ( so I though ) I was asked if I'd like a photo guide book which I declined , thru the doors the first thing to greet me was a note saying I was welcome to take... More
