Went here for the first time to see Brendan Cole "A Night to Remember" fantastic show. We had good seats in the stalls so a very good view. Being tall there is not much leg room and you have to stand up if somebody wants to pass. Leaving the Theatre was quick as there were a number of exits. But... More

This is a superb location for this theatre right on the harbour front. Wonderful building and a real hub for the harbour.

After booking to see the Bee Gee tribute band for my mum I was worried that she would not be able to manage the stairs etc so booked near the front on the ground floor. Not only was it brilliant to watch but the location was great, She managed to pop out to the toilet in the interval, we had... More

We took a group of children and adults recently. The "jokes" were lost on most of us, and a bit near the mark at times for a family show. The twelve days of Christmas has been used many times before but nevertheless was funny and probably the best bit of the panto. The dancers were excellent. Audience participation was expected... We went to see this year's pantomime with our family and were really disappointed. The cast did not gel with the audience for the first 15 minutes with every 'joke' falling flat. The humour was, at times, very near the mark for a family audience. The interlude with an alternative 12 Days of Christmas, was the same as last year... More

We went to this superb Pantomime on Tuesday 22nd December 2015 and were enthralled from start to finish. Audience participation was great and we laughed so much at all the antics, we forgot that it was raining outside. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fun time!

Took my disabled mother to see "That'll Be The Day". She really enjoyed herself and the staff were really helpful as well. Good access for wheelchairs and great seat location. Bar, coffee shop and snacks available on ground floor. Very good visit.

I wanted to spend a Christmas evening to remember with my 2 great-grandsons 5 & 8, Finn & Joe in Torquay. As the focal point of the festive evening out we visited the Princess Theatre and saw Sleeping Beauty. We arrived for the first night, last Friday, early enough to get a drink and some sweets then took our seats.... More

Saw Bellowhead - they were fab. The staff at the theatre were great, and we were delayed getting into our seats as the sound check was delayed but the staff came out in the cold and told us what was going on. Seats are a bit small and the leg room small but you;d expect that in an old theatre.... More
