Despite it being cold in January of course, the beach is well worth a trip as it's stunning. Beautiful red rock everywhere, we spent quite some time exploring and simply drinking in the view. The steep tram would have been great fun had it not been closed for the winter! Steep to walk back up but worth it. Didn't have... More

A glorious little village (it may not actually be a village but it has that 'feel' to it). Lovely views from the Downs and lovely walks. Not much open in January but would think come Easter time through summer there would be a lot more to see and do. I would certainly like to return.

We've been visiting Babbacombe for years and I have to say it hasn't changed a bit. We love to stroll along the Downs and just sit and look out to sea with Fish & Chips!

After a large lunch we decided to walk the costal path down to the bay. A lovely walk with stunning views. Be warned to wear appropriate footwear as it is steep in places!

This is one of the most beautiful places I ever visited, and I have done a fair bit of travelling. In Winter like any where else very quite.
