Thank you to all the staff . Booked a crossing from Plymouth to roscoff with a friend who uses a wheel chair. From the moment we arrived at port to landing in France and return journey nothing was of trouble to the staff. They arranged help to get to /from the ship via a vehicle then assistance to the cabin... More

Travelling back from Santander on Cap Finisterre was a very good crossing. Thankfully it was calm, good boarding and found the cabin no problem which was an outside one. The restaurant looked a bit expensive but we went anyway and it was actually very nice with good service. Not much other choice apart from pre-packed self service or the outdoor... More

I travel across to France 2 or 3 times a year with Brittany Ferries and have done for almost 30 years. My most recent trip was a 24 hr return to Roscoff from Plymouth. We boarded early and after dumping our luggage in our clean and tidy Club4 cabin made our way to the Le Flora restaurant and had an... More

We travelled as foot passengers from Portsmouth to St Malo, taking a cabin in both directions. The cabins were small but adequate. The bonus was the Restaurant which had excellent food, particularly the buffet, pleasant staff and was good value. And it was on time both ways! Our only reservation was that, compared with our experience as car passengers, there... More

Excellent service throughout. Check-in faultless including us changing booking at last minute to get cabin. Outward journey had a large 4 berth outside cabin and return journey 2 berth inside cabin. Both were spotlessly clean and adequate for needs including a decent shower. All staff very efficient and friendly. Ate in the self service café and the festival bar as... More

Well the breakfast from the self service area is AWFUL ... Weird looking sausages and sloppy egg ugh Wifi is also incredibly slow wherever you go which seems rather backward Although great for kids disliking kids myself it is a shame the bar is so kid centric with an awful clown/magician show Aside from that mo problems with the crossing... We opted for an all-in package including return travel for two with a car aboard Bretagne from Portsmouth to St Malo, and three nights in the nearby Hotel Beaufort. Bretagne is the oldest of the vessels although generally well-maintained and offering a good range of entertainment, decks to stroll on and cocktails that we agreed were very reasonably priced for... we generally sail home from Ouistreham to Portsmouth on the overnight ferry we took a long time to board as there was a large number of school coach parties, freight and cars. it the checks are thorough and the loading is efficient. The cabin was comfortable and clean, the food is always well cooked and well presented. We have a... More
