Lovely theatre, a decent size but still intimate and friendly. Have visited many times. Top quality shows.

Lovely clean, modern theatre. Were sat right at the top and almost at the back of the theatre and still had a brilliant view!! Would definitely choose the cheaper seats again as it had no effect on the view. Lovely place.

Visited here for a Derren Brown show. The show content was excellent but the theatre had ups and downs. Very tight squeeze to get past other theatre goers to get to the toilet or bar. Bar queue was HUGE!!! with only a 20minute interval there wasn't enough time for the toilet queue and the bar. So throughout the show I... More

The Theatre Royal Plymouth has recently been refurbished and has some outstanding performances on a regular basis. You don't tend to go to the West-country for top level theatre and it is unusual to find such a high quality venue like this in such a place. Always worth a visit, if you are coming to Devon and Cornwall on holiday... More

We ate at the restaurant before the show and found it efficiently run, while the food was acceptably priced. The only complaint I have is about the car park, though the £12 we paid was owing to our early arrival, granted. Long queues to pay after the show, having said that, There are cheaper car parks nearby.
