Found the cinema on the internet, looking for a cinema in north Devon showing a particular film, found it on here and no where else, hence reason for visit. Rang up on Monday morning to book matinee showing, debit card ready in hand, only to find that all I needed to do was leave details of what I wanted to... More

A little gem of a cinema, really cheap tickets, friendly atmosphere and a surprisingly modern sound system.

This is a marvellous cinema, the seats are really comfortable and there is plenty of leg room for the taller person. They manage to obtain the latest releases very speedily and the sound system is state of the art. From all this modernity you still get a feeling of visiting the cinema years ago so it is the best of... More

Lovely little place, great to go when it's raining. Nothing like the big cinemas back home. If it's raining make sure you are there a few minutes early, not sure if you can book. Would definitely go again. Like stepping back in time 😊

Catching a movie at this tiny independent cinema was a real highlight of our time in Lynton. The cinema is excellently run by lovely, friendly people - a real joy to experience. A world away from the impersonal, corporate multiplexes of modern cinema-going. Even if you haven't been to the cinema for ages, go to this one!

We reserved tickets ahead of our visit to the town, having heard it was likely to be popular. Probably the smallest cinema I've ever visited, comfortable seats, good atmosphere, good view and sound, reasonably priced sweets. Full marks to the operators, and to the locals who support the venture!

This little cinema is run by volunteers and shows after release films (usually a couple of weeks) but the level of care is a delight. We went to watch Jurassic World and were greeted by the sweetest of ladies who made us feel very welcome. The cinema only holds about 60 people so not much rustling of bags, the dreadful... More
