It takes you back many years, even had a curtain open to the sound of organ music at the start of the film! Such a friendly place, but it is advisable to book to ensure a seat. So if you are in... This film record of early days was put together by Colin Croxford's initiative and is something all visitors to Lynton will find very interesting.

If you want to feel a little nostalgia and have a cozy, possible romantic evening in an old fashioned movie cinema, then this is definitely for you. Always has plenty of good munchies, an absolute must eh! The staff are fantastic, everyone works hard to your experience something special..

Who can fail to be entranced by a visit to this delightful little cinema tucked away in the middle of the Exmoor village of Lynton. With its regular showing of many of the latest films I happily forgo the attractions of the big town cinemas in favour of this friendly venue .

This is our local cinema, so we are very lucky. We go as often as we can. Great films, friendly staff and comfortable seats. All in all, a brilliant facility for locals and visitors to the area.

We had an excellent experience at the Lynton Cinema. It's so rare to find a small cosy friendly local cinema - Lynton Cinema is just that. Great value for money! Love the hanging flower baskets outside. I hope it remains for many years to come!

Watched a great film at this little cinema. Great seats but the air conditioning was very cold and draughty for about two thirds of the film.

Watched Pan during half term. It was wonderful to see it so busy and the picture quality was brilliant too! Great selection of films on offer

A very cosy and friendly cinema that we have visited on a number of occasions. Often full so booking recommended.

Loved it! Small entrance hall with ticket desk and an usherette to help you choose your seat! Auditorium is tiny compared to the multi-screen establishments but the quality of the screening is just as good. Well worth a visit, films change every Friday.
