Great cinema

Really lovely little cinema, felt like we had stepped back in time. Just perfect in a place like Lynton.

We reserved tickets ahead of our visit to the town, having heard it was likely to be popular. Probably the smallest cinema I've ever visited, comfortable seats, good atmosphere, good view and sound, reasonably priced sweets. Full marks to the operators, and to the locals who support the venture!

This little cinema is run by volunteers and shows after release films (usually a couple of weeks) but the level of care is a delight. We went to watch Jurassic World and were greeted by the sweetest of ladies who made us feel very welcome. The cinema only holds about 60 people so not much rustling of bags, the dreadful... More

One of the coolest cinemas I know, small 63 seats, yet digital projection and screen, only £5 and cheap popcorn!

A lovely community cinema looked after and run by local people. They show 1 film for 7 days each week and up to date ones. The cinema accommodates 68 people and there are refreshments available at the desk where you pay to get in. Really enjoyed our time there!

A great community cinema, cheap tickets a different film each week and ice-cream. We lived in lynton for a while and used the cinema regularly. Now whenever we come on holiday we always watch a film - usually for the experience. In the holiday period they usually have a children's film in the day and another film at night. There... More

While on holiday I took my mum to see a film here. Made a really nice change, as we are used to big multi screen complex. Very cheap and had a personal touch that cinemas used to have years ago. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful area justified by this small but lovely cinema. Watched a film here the other day and all was good, highly recommended!

A great little cinema showing one film each night per week in what was, i think a Church Hall. Comfortable seating and high quality projection. Reservations can be made - recommended as the cinema is quite small.

very strange experience, only one film choice and one viewing but nice enough, more like a little hall than a proper cinema but the film and sound quality was good and has sweets and drinks available at a decent price. £5 a ticket was good for what you got and if I were there again, I'd go back!
