Best cinema in the whole of UK. Staff are brill, especially all the volunteer usherettes. Always has the most up to date films.
Our first trip to Lynton cinema and hopefully not our last. Super cute, ridiculously reasonable (ticket prices and sweets) and a massive thanks to Bill and the wonderful, lovely staff. We had a brilliant time especially Sally!!!!
It is small and a good way to see a film, admission was £5.00, comfy seats and a reasonable sized screen, much better than the last time I saw a film in Lynton, in the town Hall! The film changes weekly
Small but good quality sound and picture, pretty new films. Charity setup all self funded. Trust example of community spirit
What a find! We stumbled on this on a break to Lynton, & are so glad we made the effort to turn out on a miserable night. The owner (?) was so knowledgeable about old cinemas & informed us about one about 8 miles from where we live that we didn't know existed! We saw Saving Mr Banks which was... More
We went to a fantastic restaurant on Porlock Hill called the Culbone. They were offering a great deal of a 2 course meal along with a free ticket to see a movie at the Lynton Cinema for £18.50 per person. The food was superb, but wasn't keen on the movie - oh well, you can't win em all!
This is a wonderful little cinema, seating only about 60 people but showing very current films. The admission price is cheap, the seats comfortable, the staff friendly & the film quality excellent. Booking seats is generally advisable but not compulsory. An absolute must!
Great little cinema which shows current films. It is all very old fashioned and is staffed by a charming volunteer team. It is good to ring and book in advance!
Cosy unique cinema showing up to date films maybe worth booking in busy periods. Friendly staff and the ice cream was lovely!
