I visited with my wife and 3 grown up sons. Being a Thursday in mid-October the farm was pretty quiet. We had a brilliant time. The P.A. system had been taken out by a lightning strike but the staff made sure we know the 1/2 hourly events were taking place. To be able to sit and cuddle a baby "micro... More

Farmer was very friendy and entertaining.Various events kept my 3 year old entertained all day. Clean and tidy with lots of places to wash hands and sanitise. Restaurant meal was expensive but good portions and tasted good.Cakes and drinks are overpriced. Plenty of places to sit indoors , outdoors to have picnic, play area.Bird of prey talk was boring.Pig race... More

Overall a good trip out for anyone into animals in a hands on way. Piglets and other small animals to cuddle, (large) lancs to feed and many others to look at. Great children's play areas etc Good cafe too. Found a couple of religious notices rather disturbing. This is NOT the place for them no matter what the views of... More

Thank you for such a lovely review. The pigs never fail to delight and it's great that you enjoyed the hands on with the animals. The only notice that I can think of on site is a psalm at the top of the Pennywell tower which was not actually placed there by the owner. I'm very sorry if you found... More

Everything close together and cover for most things if weather was bad but we were lucky the sun was shining! I visited here at the beginning of September. It was good value for money to get in. My and my boyfriend decided to get animal feed from the shop which came in handy as you could feed most the animals there such as goats/ sheep/ reindeer/ chickens/ birds etc. We also went to the animal corner which you could hold... Thank you for a great 5 star review. Many of our visitors, particularly the adults, do spend hours with the miniature pigs and that's great! Piggy cuddles and lots of photos are actively encouraged so we are very pleased to hear that made the most of your visit and hope you will be back again soon. More

I went here today with my wife, was a fantastic afternoon, by far!! the best attraction weve visited so far during our holiday in Torquay. Handling the little piglets just topped it off. Well worth the money and the staff members were brilliant. Mark made it a very entertaining afternoon.

After missing my great nephew's third birthday, we took him to Pennywell Farm. He had and amazing time with the animals, train, donkey rides and generally running about. He would like to go back again.

I think Pennywell is best suited for 2 year to 10 year olds......lots of opportunities to handle the animals such as rabbits, piglets, guinea pigs. Pony rides, sand pits with diggers and indoor bouncy castle all very exciting for our toddler! We fed the chickens, goats and lambs and enjoyed the trampolines too.

Kept our little ones happy for hours. Easily a full day out (on a nice day). We went on a drizzly day, but still had fun. Kids fed the goats/sheep, held the animals (guinea pig, chicken, rat & miniature pig). All the animals were well looked after and very friendly. The indoor play areas were fantastic too and we were... More

Thank you for such a great review and we're very pleased to hear that your children loved it. All our farm rides are included in the price so the only real optional extras are pony rides and a few coin operated rides but as there is so much going on anyway there is no need to spend any money on...
