I went with my four year old, but found the day out very expensive. Once you have paid to go in there were too many things that required an extra cost. Some might say it is only a pound or I think an extra £3.50 for a donkey ride, but it all adds up. I found myself having to say... More

We had the best day out at Pennywell Farm! Even though we are both in our 30's and no children it was still great. We held piglets, baby rabbits and milked a goat. It came across as not out to make loads of money just to ensured you had the best day. Highly recommended.

Firstly, buy your tickets online and get a free soft toy. Free parking - great. This is our 2nd visit. The farm has plenty of activities, lasting throughout the day. So it was a good day out for our family - there is a event every 30mins. The cafe food was average however you can have your food there. The... More

We have just come back from Pennywell Farm after a fantastic day in the fresh air. A bit expensive but it was worth every penny!! We had the little ones rolling around with laughter at Nutty Noah and beaming with joy when they got to snuggle a piglet!! Even the two eldest (14 and 12) had a fab time and... More

We have just returned from holiday in Devon, and had a great time at Pennywell Farm. The staff are friendly and the hands on experience with the animals was super for the kids, there is lots going on throughout the day. The highlight of which was the pig racing, both my girls thought it was great fun. Cannot comment on... More

This was our second visit (first was 5 years ago!). We debated about whether to go due to the expensive entry prices but glad we did. Close up animal experiences set this place apart from others especially the lovely cuddles we had with the ducklings and chicks which were available all day so there was no rush to make sure... More

We're very happy to hear that you had a great day and while we may not offer a cheap day out, we are confident that it offers a full day out which is excellent value. Nutty Noah continues to be a star attraction here during the school holidays and I will certainly make sure that he sees your lovely comments.... More

We had just come home from a fantastic day out at Pennywell Farm. We did not know anything about the place, but it looked good so we took a gamble. Pennywell surpassed our expectations. Upon arrival you are met by friendly, well motivated staff who maintained their cheerful attitude throughout the day. The site itself is clean, tidy, easy access... More

Possibly the best kids attraction i have visited. My grandaughters loved it. The staff are brilliant & handling the animals is encouraged. Ferrets, rats, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep, goats, tortoise, baby pigs, baby ducks, chickens etc all held by my youngest grandaughter. Tractor rides & many other side shows. The only thing you wont like is the way that... More

Visited again on Sunday with my Wife and 3 year old. An autumnal day interspersed with rain showers. Once again well worth the £35 entry fee, staff are exceptional, activities every 30 minutes and plenty to do and see even if you don't fancy the activities. A few new snack bars since we last visited which helps. If you're in... More

A brilliant day with Nutty Noah entertaining the kids in the barn leaving them in stitches. Loads of timetabled activities so there's always something to do & structures the day well. Pony / donkey rides poor value @ £3.50 for a walk round the yard but popular with the wee ones nonetheless. We got to cuddle piglets, guinea pigs, chicks,... More
