My Grand children had an awesome day, we all loved the new restaurant and the little stars play area was fantastic, the bouncing pillows was so much fun will definitely be coming again. This is a brilliant place for younger children

When you arrive at the Milky Way it looks like your arriving at an industrial unit, not much in the way of a flash exterior! But please don't turn around, inside is worth it! It cost £50 for a family of 4 and was worth every penny. A good proportion is inside so ideal if it's raining, with plenty to... More

In response to some of the poor reviews, let's be clear, this is not Alton Towers... Instead you get an old school family Fun Park with lots of different things to do. Admission price was reasonable for a full days entertainment. My 3 year old twins started off on farm area on ride along bikes, then went on large play... More

Great value yet again. The merlin show is entertaining and a laugh.Pity the cafe only has half the seats open for use. Not allowed to use the seats where you get a good view of the play area.

We won a free pass to the Milky Way Adventure Park and was nicely surprised to find that there was something for everyone including babies. There's a new part to the Milky Way called Little Stars which is for babies and toddlers where they have a dedicated soft play for children under 3 which is great!! There is so much... More

I had such an amazing time here visited with my husband and 6 year old and there was something for all of us. My daughter loved the indoor soft play area and it was so large even I could join in with her. The lazer shooting was fun the dad's were getting competitive. Great place even on a rainy day... More

Great quality and value for money. £34 for a family of four for a whole day. The only added extras are for the archery, food, drinks, gifts. We saw two shows: Merlin from Britain's Got Talent and a Birds of prey display. Unlimited rides on the dodgems and rollercoaster, great indoor play area (for when it rains) outdoor adventure play... Visited last Friday for the first time with my wife, an adult friend and 2 sons (3 and 1.5) Could hardly spend a full hour in there because indoor it was freezing cold and there were no shows (out of season). Train ride is a joke with nothing to see. Pin machine in restaurant doesn't work (ever probably...) so we... More

Dear Reviewer. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent visit. Indeed the weather has been very cold and as you can imagine trying to heat 85,000 sq feet of indoor space is a difficult task. However this issue is something which we hope to improve during 2014. We would like to point out our entrance fees do... More

From roller coaster rides to archery lessons to birds of prey, The Milky Way has the lot! The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I'm not a massive fan of the food in the Galaxy Cafe (standard burgers, nuggets etc) but each to their own!
