My parents took me as a small child on vacation and my whole life I have dreamed about going back to see if it was as magical as I remembered. It was. Even better now because I walked away with prints from the gift shop and met the artist, Ann, as she owns the Reserve. What a gift to have... More

Put this on your to do list on your scenic drive through Devon. We got a little turned around trying to find the place, but following the brown signs got us there in the end. Best part? You get to wear your own felted gnome hat! There is lots to do here for kids of all ages, I enjoyed the... More

We visited as it was close to Bude where we were staying and thought it would be a 'different' afternoon out. The entry prices were reasonable but we also used a 2 for 1 tesco promotion voucher and as the kids were free (under 3's) it worked out pretty cheap for us all but we were glad as we had... More

My husband and I visited this attraction hoping to while away a pleasant few hours and have some refreshments in the garden. Whilst the gardens are pretty and the Gnome woodland was quirky and lovely for children we did not see anything that warranted the £7.50 we paid to go in. The lady who took our money was very indifferent... More

A quirky quiet little tourist attraction off the beaten track, which can be a bit of an effort to find, though it is initially signed from the main road (A39) and thereafter using a symbol. It is a pleasant/easy stroll around the wooded gnome reserve, though that is about as interactive as it gets (apart from fishing for lottery numbers!).... More

Amazing place, had the most lovely time with the gnomes. Wore my hat and did a litttle fishing for the lottery numbers, followed by a beautiful walk in the wild flower garden. Great price, lovely food at really good prices and the people were so nice and friendly. A must place to visit and just realx walking with the gnomes... More

This was a great way to spend an hour or so. Went with my mum and 2 year old son. My mum loved that she was classed as a recycled teenager (as opposed to a concession). You had to wear a gnome hat so you fit in with the gnomes. There was also a quiz to do, although we didn't... More

Your visiting most childrens dreams, gnomes and fairies, so be a child yourself. Wear a silly hat, pose with giant gnomes and enjoy yourself. We spotted the sign for this place while driving to bideford so decided to visit out of curiosity. Im so glad we did, the children in our group 2 9yr olds and 1 5yr old loved... More

A charming collection of gnomes beautifully laid out in a lovely woodland setting. Each little vignette has a story to tell and unless you are a real mean sort, you can't help but smile. So much effort has been put into this and it makes for a delightful little visit. The wildflower garden area is a lovely walk and lovely... More
