We arrived for the BH weekend and stayed about a mile outside at Island Lodge campsite which is really nice. We wandered into town and enjoyed a meal at The Creek which was lovely. Dave took us on a wonderful paddle, in open canoes and we took our three year old grandson. It was a wonderful experience and we recommend it strongly. He brewed tea on a remote beach, and fed us home made malt loaf. He has a great knowledge of the area and great knowledge of the environment. I cannot recommend this... More

Lovely little museum which is well worth a visit. Quite small but several very interesting WW1 exhibits, some costumes and a great cabinet of Plymouth porcelain.
