We arrived and turned up at the car park as stated on the email. We pressed the buzzer to speak to someone intermittently for 10 minutes and no one answered to tell us where to go. In the end, we parked on double yellows and I went in to the hotel where the receptionist said, 'oh yes I heard you... More

Lovely long sandy stretch with good cafes/toilet facilities. Plenty of room for everyone even with the tide in.

Was bought a spa day by my fiancé which included lunch, a massage and use of the spa facilities. The place is spotless, beautifully finished and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were so kind and helpful and the massage I had was done wonderfully. The lunch was lovely too - despite the grey weather outside!

Lovely pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Very relaxing, nice and clean, fantastic views from sun terrace, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice size sauna and steam room. Changing rooms clean and tidy, nice showers, with White Company toiletries. Nice and quiet when I visited, children only allowed for twice daily specific sessions. Pool is considerably enhanced by its swim jet,... More

The spa is beautiful with an amazing view of the beautiful beach! The pool is lovely and the jacuzzi and steam room/sauna were perfect. Had an amazing massage and the staff were lovely! The only bad part was the children who were obviously staying in the hotel with parents. They came into the spa and splashed about in the pool... More

Plenty of places to eat from a crab sandwich, fish and chips or something a bit more special. Of course, lovely and quiet at this time of year, April. Plenty of little galleries and shops to potter in. I'd forgotten how beautiful St Ives is. With lovely costal walks too.

Great facilities with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We went during the no children hours and it was a really relaxing experience, great for a catch up. The last time I was there I had the hot stone massage and it was without doubt the best massage I've ever had, unfortunately this time the girl got a bit over focused... More
