Lovely beach, but we went to have a look in February and it was very windy. Obviously a dog paradise for locals! Plenty of parking.

What a lovely place, I stayed right on the hill and could not fault this location. The train is 2 km from ST Ives town centre and is a fantastic service, going the other way will take you to Penzance. There is a bit of a hill, if you struggle walking then bear this in mind.

Best Uk beach, stunning clear turquoise water, beautiful clean sand. A bit hilly to get there, but well worth it

Being a local i am shocked. Always boring and not a friendly area such a shame the childrens play zone closed down was the only good aspect about carbis bay. Beach could be so much better!

Lovely sand with hardly anyone there in winter. Great views across the bay.Ghostly feel at night with the beach looking white.

The scenery is just beautiful. Such a wonderful sea side town. The locals are lovely and it was so nice on a sunny day to see so many people out and about.
