Wills Lane Gallery has a long standing pedigree of quality and promotes serious local and national artists, including many represented in national and international museums and galleries. It's easy to miss but it's right in the centre of St.Ives, it's worth a visit.

We were thoroughly impressed with the ceramics and some of the paintings/prints. Absolutely loved one set of prints but was short of £4k at the time! Rare to find a gallery who didn't mind the children too.

A small, contemporary gallery offering ceramics, textiles, jewelry, painting and works on paper -to mention the ones that just spring to mind- by carefully selected artists using traditional and digital techniques. The owner is happy to chat, interesting and knowledgeable. One of the top 3 contemporary galleries in St Ives, this is a gem.

Petronilla Silver, the proprietress of this gallery, has a fine eye. The ceramics were first rate, as was the jewelry and the paintings. I thought it was the best in St. Ives (apart from "The Gallery", a pink building with heaps of drawings curated by Paul, I don't know his last name, but he has an eye and a half.)

Visited this excellent gallery whilst on holiday. Beautifully displayed works by world renowned and local artists this small gallery is a delight. The visual experience together with the depth of knowledge about contemporary art offered by the owner Petronilla Silver made this a joy. Small but perfect. Well worth a diversion off the Square in St Ives.

A small but quality art space, tucked away, but do find it....a stone's throw from St Ia's Church....some superb pottery and art work.

We popped in and had a look round. Some of the pictures were quite good but not many were to our taste. There was an artists there but he ignored us - looking at other reviews it seems better if they talk to you and make you more welcome so maybe we went on a good day. Prices seemed reasonable... More
