It is a wonderfully huge pool but due to recent storm damage it has been closed. The locals are raising money for repairs. I hope it re-opens as it would be a wonderful place to swim. :(

This pool was under repair due to recent storm damage, but it is an amazing thing to behold. It is salt water---carried in from Mount's Bay---and an incredible landmark in Penzance.

Lovely little cafe in the front at Penzance adjoined to the currently-closed Jubilee Pool lido - a historic and huge pool awaiting money for repairs after storm damage. Good for people-watching and excellent Tregothnan teas. The Victoria sponge with cream, strawberries and raspberries was so yummy that I had to test a second piece. The cafe is open into the... More

The lido was closed due to the storm damage earlier in the year, but upon exploring the area, there is a quant cafe called poolside indulgence that was open. We sat down for a drink and ended up eating here, lovely food, and watched the sun go down over the bay. Views over to St Michaels mount and very Very... More

Sadly not in use due to storm damage and it looks like the council don't care - they would probably want it for building on. Sad to see its demise - let's try to raise enough money to repair it through donations to Friends of Jubilee Pool

Great spot with a relaxed vibe. Good views across Mount's Bay. We went for a crab night and had a great time. Friendly staff, good food and value.

Very much saddened to see this, what seems like a national gem, closed and dis-repaired following the recent storm damage. There seems to be a protest by local residents to re-open the pool, which would, i'm sure, bring in more tourist attraction.

Last year we enjoyed swimming in the Jubilee Pool but this weekend found it closed and in a terrible state after the winter storms. There was an item on the news last week that Bude had got their sea pool repaired. The government/council should get their act together and do something to help get the Jubilee Pool repaired. Its a... More

Unfortunately closed and under restructuring following the severe damages from last winter's storms. The pool is a large, turn of the 20th century, facility, just overlooking the sea and with entry along the coastal path.

The UK largest and oldest Lido is a great place throughout the summer. Due the recent storms it now lays in ruins. I can only help this gets the support it needs to come back online. A beautiful and safe swimming experience for the whole family
