My granddaughter enjoyed the zoo but having taken my children to this zoo 20 years ago, I noticed the zoo looks run down and lacking a lot of animal. However, the entrance fee for all 5 of us was less than the cost of one person's entrance fee for London Zoo so can't complain about the cost

Yes its a little zoo not a safari park. £12 is not expensive when you consider the upkeep and feeding of the animals. Went with a two year old who totally enjoyed it. With its animals and play areas makes for nice morning or afternoon. Only bug bear was the £4.20 for parking in the shared municipal parking.

Yes the zoo is small but I loved it and so did my fiancee, such a nice walk around it's also nice to be able to get so close to the animals, the staff are great and they clearly love their jobs, when we were there we were lucky enough to see a live display of a poisonous toad and... More

went to Newquay zoo and found it to be very good with helpful staff and obliging animals. The only thing was it is a little expensive to get in.

A lovely little zoo , which does what it does well, brings some of the smaller critters to the fore front, but big enough to entertain families

Really cool zoo with added bonus of free return entry for 7 days so get chance to come back and see any animals you might have missed first time round at no extra cost

Newquay Zoo is a very accessible zoo. There is a bus service that stops outside and ample parking which is shared with a college and leisure centre. Make sure you take money for the pay-and-display parking - prices aren't too steep but there's nowhere to park for free. The zoo itself is lovely - compared to it's sister zoo, Paignton... More

Thanks so much for your lovely comments. We're thrilled to know you had such a good time here at Newquay Zoo and we really appreciate your feedback. On the issue of parking, the car park outside the Zoo is owned by Cornwall Council so we have no control over parking fees. But there's free parking by the boating lake a... More

Really pleasantly surprised by how lovely this place is. it took us a good few hours to get round and it was well worth the money. It's strangely lush and tranquil with loads of foliage for the animals to live in. They all looked pretty chilled, lying in the September sunshine. Surreal moments - the Savannah section - where you... More

Thanks for much for the fantastic feedback! We're thrilled you had such a great time and we hope you'll visit us again soon. We know you'd love our lemur feeding experience so maybe arrange to do that on your next visit? Make sure you book in advance though. We're glad you got to see our two-toed sloth in the tropical...
