It was a nice day out, not that much there but fine to fill a few hours. The good thing was that the tickets were valid for a week so could go back as many times as you wanted without paying any more - which was brilliant. There was a rude man serving in the main cafe which put a... More

We visited Newquay Zoo on Sunday 20th July. It was a wonderful day out, for me and my other half the price was only £27.90! I was very impressed.

Nice little zoo Though little, there were quite a few animals to see Also the fact that you could return within 7 days using the same ticket is fantastic

The setting of this zoo is great, it's like walking through a garden park. A lot of thought has gone into the enclosures to make sure that there is a balance between protecting the animals, protecting the visitors, and making the animals as easy to see as possible - evidenced by the fact that just as we were ending our... It cost £35 for two adults and two children but that gave us one week of free entry. We could have spent all day there but, being tourists, wanted to move on after a couple of hours. It is clean...toilets too...and food did not cost too much. A really lovely place we are so glad we visited

I quite like this zoo. It is pretty small, and it doesn't have elephants or giraffes, but it does have super cute things like warty pigs, free-roaming tiny adorable monkeys (they may have just escaped), and swimmy otters. There may or may not be a red panda - we cannot confirm nor deny. The food is alright, the ice cream... More

I have visited the zoo twice now and find it a enjoyable place to go . Having said that it is rather expensive to get in and they push you to gift aid your ticket price on entry. You will only need a half day to look around but the animals are well looked after and if you have kids... More

Good value for money, lots to see and can be much closer to the animals than in other zoo's. Good value for money however had walked around it all in about an hour and a half. All of the animals seemed to have good sized, stimulating enclosures, however the lions seemed to be in a relatively small bare enclosure. Would... More

Ok.. Where do we start. Yes it has animals. So.. Yes technically it's a zoo. My wife and I, have a yearly membership with Colchester zoo in Essex, which meant we could visit Newquay for free. Boy am I glad of that! We got round it all, in about 45mins, which was somewhat annoying, as we paid for 3hrs parking.... More
