As the weather forecast was poor for the day we decided to take our little one for a swim whilst on holiday. We'd checked the timetable and headed over to waterworld, the reception staff were friendly and did advise us at that point that the showers were working but cold, but we went in anyway. There is a 'fun' pool... More

I've always thought that a drawback of many 'leisure' pools is that they don't cater in any way for serious swimmers. Newquay Waterworld bucks this trend. The 'fun' side has 3 slides, one tiny one for toddlers, one shallow flume for younger children (warning - it says that under 5's must be accompanied, but it's hellishly difficult for an average-sized... I am a regular reviewer on trip advisor and I can safely say this is one of the only negative comments I have written. We arrived in the morning to use the fun pool while on our holiday. When we entered we were greeted with a very grumpy member of staff who proceeded to rudely snap that they were not... More

two large pools to use, swimming and for younger children, water warm, couple of slides for youngers, queued to get in -everyone had same idea as it was raining that morning. timed visit to pool, told would have at least 1hr 15mins, which was plenty for us with two little kids, changing rooms small for amount of people there.

Whilst on holiday in Newquay we thought we would give this place a try. Unfortunately after spending 20 minutes queuing in the pouring down rain we overheard somebody say it was an hours wait to get in to the place and then only an hour in there once you got in. By the look of the reviews I am glad... More

We have been coming to newquay for a few years now and usually go to Hendra for swimming but this time it was full so chose to go to Waterworld and I'm sorry to say was totally disappointed. We have two children aged 8 and they had a great time but as adults who notice things a bit more the... More

We paid 5.80 for parking. Nearly 20 pound to get in (2 adults & a child). There is nothing inside only 2 slides which the que's are terrible for and a very busy swimming pool. We left after an hour as we were bored. Terrable place and a total rip off to the public!! Never return

We went here simply because it was raining. It was ok but would say older children will become bored quickly.
