Arrived without booking at 10am on a wet Sunday. We booked on to the 10.30 tour, which we were told was running late, as one of the Pirates was stuck in a bus! They were really great though, offered us free tea and coffee and even gave the kids free swords and eye patches! The experience was great fun, both... More

I have been here as a child and 12 years ago as a parent with my eldest son. I came again with wife and outlaws and 10 year old..left the adult children at home. The new Pirates Quest was awesome.Fantastic value for money. All of us enjoyed the tour..so special with the Pirate guides. Thanks for the adventure.

Pirate's Quest was easy to find, located in Newquay town centre, with large car park directly opposite. Lived fully up to expectations for a family-friendly swahbuckling adventure, featuring a very talended crew of pirate hosts. Also very educational, teaching us about local Cornish folk lore and pirate life in general. The interior decor was outstanding. A thoroughly enjoyable time, and... More

What a total gem! My daughter and I found this to be a brilliant way to spend a couple of hours! The staff are brilliant! It is every little pirates fantasy...with interesting facts and historical accounts of piracy in the local area from days gone by. With a quest to complete during your visit. Super!!!

We thought this looked like fun on the website so decided to take our two boys aged 10 and 4 and they were both very excited about our visit. We got a great welcome and the hosts were brilliant with the kids letting them dress up in masks and have their photos taken. So far so good. The whole tour... More

Thank you for your review - and I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't quite what you were expecting. We do cram quite a bit of info and facts about piracy, smuggling and cornish myths and legends into the tour and I'm disappointed to hear that you did not feel this was entertaining or interactive enough for the children. Unfortunately... More

We went in as a family of 5 but my 6 year old got a bit scared so my wife took him out and the lovely lady at the counter gave them both a full refund and we didn't expect it or ask. The tour was fantastic, lasted an hour and the pirate (Ned) was brilliant and got the adults... More

Hi - Thank you for posting your review - I'm so pleased your party enjoyed the tour! We are always disappointed when some of the group find it a bit too scary - as that's not our intention for little ones so hope that they weren't too disappointed and will come back at some point. Great one hour experience for the price! We went as a family of 5 (didn't need to pay for 3 year old) the staff were brilliant!
