We visited lappa valley at the begining of this week, we found there was something for everyone to do, no body was left out of our family of 5 at anytime, 2 adults, a 1yr old, 2yr old & 9 ur old. We old went on the lake in the boats, we all went on all 3 trains more than... More

Visiting now with my 10 and 9 year old kids and their grand parents. Very underwhelming. Once you have ridden in on the train and paddled around the lake, there is very little to do. The crazy golf isn't up to much, and the play area is below the standard found in most town or village parks. The over marketing... More

How people believe this to be value for money is beyond me. Perhaps a few years back this was a nice place and it certainly has history, but the attractions are past their best and in need of modernisation. Compared to other similar attractions across the country, Lappa Valley is certainly in need of a refurbishment and more interesting attractions.... More

What a great day out and fantastic value for money, once you pay the entry fee you can put your purse away and get on with having a great relaxing family day. With 3 trains, crazy golf, a canoeing lake and loads of room for the kids to let off steam or play on the play areas there's plenty to... More

Went in a group of 16 whilst in holidAy. Our children ranged from 2-14. Great value for money. A steam train ride takes you through some beautiful Cornish countryside to a place with various things to do and see. The older kids and adults enjoyed canoeing whilst the little ones enjoyed the electric train ride. Lots of fun on a... More

We were staying with friends in Cornwall, who lead very busy lives, so decided to take them out for a fun day. Decided on Lappa Valley not realising it was a 'miniature' railway. Didn't matter! We all went on every train ride(raging in age from 57 - 68) and enjoyed every minute of it. Went on the boating lake and... More

To be honest the thought of visiting a tourist attraction in Cornwall, in July, on a Saturday, filled me with dread, but my daughter had organised a big family day out to celebrate my grandson's third birthday. Well, what a surprise. Arrived about half-past ten. Lovely sunny day. Nice car park, easy parking. A few yards to the ticket office... More

Visited today with our 19 month old son and 4 year old nephew. Brilliant time had by all. Staff were excellent, very friendly, especially the train drivers. Plenty to do for all ages. Left with 2 very tired and worn out children!

Our grandchildren, aged 2 and 6 have just had their third visit to Lappa Valley. Whenever we are in Cornwall they request a visit to this fabulous little attraction. We ride all three trains each time we visit and also have lunch in the cafe with the staff being so friendly. Crazy golf and canoes are all included in the... More

We stumbled upon Lappa Valley railway last minute whilst on holiday and it turned out to be the best paid-for day out we had! We felt it was good value as you paid for entry and everything was then included in that price, rather than having to pay additional fees for extra rides etc. The park itself was "as it... More
