Had a lovely relaxed day watching the surfers and waves come and go. People very friendly. Cleared the cob webs on the walk there.

Even the winter storms can't ruin this fab beach, even though the bar & shops have to be rebuilt this season!,

Nice beach nice waves. Shame some of the surfers think it should be just for them. No tolerance for body boarders or learners and some damn rude. An otherwise nice beach spoilt by a few.

This is the surfing beach you must visit and restaurant has some great pizzas to offer. You can hire surf board and accessories. Parking at the restaurant/shops is £6 all day!

Parked out on the headland and walked back to the Beach, early evening, tide coming in, however still surfers out which was great to see. This was our first and last visit as main holiday season and too busy during the daytime. Prefer the quiet smugglers cove locations.

We spent a day on Fistral beach as even though we have been to Newquay countless times, we had yet to visit. The beach is lovely and the surroundings beautiful. The facilities are brilliant with plenty of food, shops and toilets.

Great beach for surfers and body boarders. Facilities located at both ends of beach. If you don't want to be in the crowded parts then go to the pentire headland end of the beach where it is much quieter but also has the lifeguard with the swimming area and a cafe and toilets.
