We initially went for 2:1 surf lesson with Rhys, which was fabulous and fun. We rented board and wetsuit for rest of week. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to share their knowledge at a level easily understood by total beginners to surfing. They explained, each day, the tide, type of waves, wind and current direction and how good... More

As a very unnaturally talented beginner the guys and girls at errant were fantastic. Well structured and supportive tuition and encouragement. I was a little nervous at first but was put at ease straight away. I cannot fault the patience of the instructors. Especially rachel who is fantastic would highly recommend.

Those guys at errant's surf school really do a great job! Professional instruction, easygoing atmosphere, small groups, flexibility about lesson times (depending on the best conditions) and just always good for a decent laugh!

My daughter (10 years old) and I had our first taste of surfing with Errant and it was a great day. Max made us feel welcome when we arrived before we suited up and headed down to the beach. Our instructor (Jesse) had a very calming vibe and got us quickly into the water to try catching waves before more... More

My daughter and I were beginners and my husband had surfed many years ago but we were all well looked after by Ash our instructor. He guided us well through the surf moves and was very patient. The highlight was seeing my husband stand on... More

The group was small enough each day that the two instructors per group could help the smaller kids or provide tips. The lesson on the beach portion was short and sweet, maximizing water time. The waves were good for learner a, bigger further out for experienced surfers. As beginners, two hours a day was enough as learning is tiring. Some... More
