God's country

Followed the signs directing us east up the A30, up the M5, onto the M42 & the M1. This took us to a wonderfull county called YORKSHIRE. Amazing (Cornwalls not bad either lol)

Followed the signs directing us east up the A30, up the M5, onto the M42 & the M1. This took us to a wonderfull county called YORKSHIRE. Amazing (Cornwalls not bad either lol)

What a gem! After spending hours searching in the rain it was marvelous to find this gorgeous unspoiled sun trap. We enjoyed the clean, clear, warm water almost as much as the sun drenched sand. Having pina coladas served up by the scantily clad beach team was a nice touch too.

Without fail! Stunning, generally quite quiet. Is slightly difficult to find, down a long winding track, but the lushous sands are well worth the effort!

From about midday onward the sun bathes this beach in its wonderful light. Air pollution is normally low so one has to be careful and apply plenty of sunblock, especially at the height of summer. Wonderful beach ,off the beaten track, good nudist section.The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming.In the water it felt like the Bahamas. Superb lunch in the beach cafe,clothes optional.Keep it to yourself as there was hardly anyone else there and we want to keep it that way! Cannot wait to go back as I had to pinch... More
