It was wet and windy. So we went. It was OK but expensive to get in. If you have done the other local attractions then give it a go. More

Visited 24th August - 2.30pm onwards. Sunny day - place very quiet. My wife wasn't too impressed with this one - but I enjoyed it as did our boys (11 and 8) mainly because it was very quiet and they could use the Playstation etc. The bus tour was okay, the Future World display was average (enjoyed seeing all the... We visted Goonhilly ona very wet day in August with family including 2 teenagers. I used Tesco vouchers to gain entry so did not mind paying the extra for the ride on the segways, which the teenagers found to be great fun, a first for them and the tour of Arthur. What made it for us was the enthusiasm and... More

A rather disappointing visit. We went in February and got there when the place opened. Much is made in the literature of "Future World". This can only be visited for 15 minutes on the bus tour of the site. This does not give enough time to see and try out all the things there - although there wasn't that much... More

I have visited Goonhilly on many occasions although i must be honest i didn't have to pay to get in as both my father Colin Crichton you may remember him he wired airial one (as it was called in ancient times) and my younger brother Alex he was a rigger and worked on the dishes, to get to the point,... Good grief it was boring. And the leaflets made it sound so good. Everything was so dated! First part you're allowed to surf the internet (wow). Then you watch a very long video (wow). Then you're taken on a tour which shows you very little really. A mediocre robot that you can order to sing certain songs but give it... More

Having read the glossy brochure, we thought it looked fun so put aside one of our days to travel 2 hours through the holiday traffic of South Cornwall. Arriving at 11:00 and were turned away in our car with the comment... "We actually open at 9:30 rather than 10:00 as in the leaflet but if it's wet and you are... More

FutureWorld is a complete waste of time and money - don't bother going, there are far better places in Cornwall that you can take your children. More
