Nice long walk along the side of the river. Watched the rowing club and the option to go on river cruises.
Lots of places to sit and watch the comings and goings on the river. Sad that all the Ducks are missing at the moment. He they are back once the river returns to normal
This river provides breathtaking views and during the summer months you can actually take a trip down the river. There also happens to be a few pubs scattered along the river banks as well. Its defiantly worth a visit if you are ever in the vicinity
The river dee is a beautiful river but is full of waste and rubbish the community and tourists needs to take better care of this lovely piece of nature. It gets very busy in the summer with the rowing club and it us lovely to watch.
Nice walks along the river banks with a wide and fast flowing wear.It would have had an excellent review if the pleasure boats been operating. but maybe I am being unreasonable considering it was new year.
Good length of visit, pleasant staff and audio guide during the cruise, had small children with us and they got bored quite quickly, glad I have learnt a little more about the river but nicer facilities and little moe 'class' on the boat would have created a nicer experience.
Brilliant day for the family with plenty of activities such as the park which is near by has a model steam train which run from May to September, the river also has tour boats and peddle boats as well as motor boats to be used on the river all reasonably priced. Over all great day out
Chester's river is attractive and the tree-lined banks are great for a leisurely walk or picnic. You can also take a short cruise on one of the passenger boats moored close to the city centre.
