I live in Greater London so you would expect access to great quality swimming pools would be easy for me, sadly not so. I can only speak to the quality of the pool facilities as myself and a friend visited while we were camping in the area and we had an excellent experience. Compared to the glossy new pools here... Lovely receptionist. very helpful. Not a bad price either £10 ish for two kids and an adult. Changing rooms really quite grubby even my 7 year old turned her nose up a bit! Lots of fun though on the waterslide and not too much of a queue. All in all not a bad afternoon out and managed to have some... More

We took our Granddaughter & she loved every minute! It's been years since we have been to the Arena & it has not changed much, very dated now, changing rooms ok. Family changing room was ideal for us, could be a bit cleaner. Pool was fine, plenty of slides for all ages.

Went today the staff need more training!!! Young child went down the slide and they were horrible about them waiting for us and also the lights didn't work on the slide so didn't know when it was time to go down the slide and they wouldn't let the little one sit on dad's knees to go down the slide she's... Claims to be a gym, but there are no free weights. Useless, old fashioned and overpriced. Avoid if you can...

It's a good swimming pool with children's area, adult area, slides and steam room. I found it quite clean, not sure why the locals slate it so much.

I have been coming here for more years than I care to disclose and still find it fascinating. Mainly come here for the excellent swimming pool. If you are in the vicinity it is well worth a visit.

If it wasn't for my children who have swimming lessons I'd never go this pool!! It's so dirty the family changing rooms always smell of dirty nappies. Surely it wouldn't take much for the staff there to keep it clean. Yes it's dated, dusty artifical palm trees around the pool area with chipped tiles though surely we (paying public) not... More

having used the facilities on previous occasions and found them to be of extremely poor standard and very outdated, I should have known better than to have parked the car here today. Having used the car park before on a number of occasions, it appears that they now charge extortionate rates for parking, perhaps to make up for the lack... More

The pool is great for kids. I like the way the shallow end starts of at 1mm deep and gets progressively deeper so it's nice and easy for young ones to walk around in the water. got a few slides for little ones too and various islands that they can jump of. But yes, this building is old and needs... More
