Dirty and Cheap but the place to go for sports on the big screen and plenty of pool, snooker and table football. I wouldn't want to be derogative about this place because it does what it says on the tin. You wouldn't go for the food, scenery or charming staff but people seem to like it for what it is-genuine. Went to off the wall probably have never been in a worse bar. Toilets a mess and the staff even worse. More drugs in there than toxteth. More

The bouncers shouted a degrogative word at my girlfriend as we were entering AND leaving. The place is awful, the loos, out of 4 only had 1 working, took 20 minutes to get served. Would NOT recommend. More

Off the wall is terrible for food and its even worse for a night out. Please don't let this place ruin your day or night go somewhere else. Wetherspoons is much better than Off the wall and that's saying something. More

How on earth did this get up to number five ? Its a rough sports bar, with large plasma screens everywhere and one of those punch bag games on the 1st floor. Says it all really. There are some really very nice bars and cafes in Chester, don't waste your time here. Avoid! More
