I visit Funky Town on a regular basis with different aged children from babies upto school age children, depending who i am caring for that week, we may attend the toddler mornings which are excellent, with an activity to do, toast and juice and a visit from children's character, or taking babies into the sensory room which very well equipped,... I visited here with my family at the start of the holidays, yes it was very busy however the staff are rude and unhelpful. The equipment is dirty and a very poor layout. Whilst I was there I witnessed several accidents which is bound to happen when they let that many children in, I did voice my opinion on the... More

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your family visit during the summer holidays. I will look into the cleaning schedules and try to find out which day you visited. The owners were away for several weeks during the holidays celebrating their wedding. I will talk to the team, however from your comments I... More

Good play area indoors with food & drink facilities & clean toilets. Very child friendly. Good for rainy days but car park appears small when I parked next to place but there maybe more parking at the back.

Hello and thank you for your lovely review. I am happy to hear that you and your children enjoy Funky Town. In response to the parking, we do have extra parking at the rear of the building which can be entered via Newry Park. There is a footpath that runs along the back of our building to get to the... My children love coming to play here and always have so much fun. I don't usually but food when I go as it's expensive. However, we were invited to a party and I decided to try some. The party food selection was ok and the children seemed to like it. Upon watching the staff prepare the food though, I was... More

Great! As it was school holidays, there we activities run by "Romans" for the kids. The layout makes it a lovely, easy place to stroll around.

Great softplay, very tidy and well kept. Lots of different rooms and fantastic sensory room for the little ones. Separate toddler area and adults can accompany their toddlers in the main area. Great ball pit with hoover that sucks balls up and then releases them after a few minutes, not seen anything like this in a softplay centre before. Good... More

I visited Funky Town on a Sunday morning with my husband and our 2 year old and 10 month old. Even though there was a birthday party on, it did not feel too busy. The play equipment was just right for my toddler and I was impressed with the baby sensory area-it is rare to find a dedicated baby area... More

My son likes being here & we visit here quite often. Only thing is that it not good enough for older children above 5 yrs & there's not much to do.
