Visited with friends and young children. Great free outdoor play and animal park. Great lunch, loads of choice. Baked potatoes and baguettes a must. Children had meal deal boxes a bargain at £3.25. Excellent service and friendly and helpful staff. Ice cream to die for, so many flavours and choice. Had a great time well worth a visit.

I have been meaning to visit here for ages and finally got round to it in early August. I visited with my two sons (6 months and 2.8 years old), friend and her two teenage daughters. The good points in my opinion are as follows: 1. Easy to find with lots of free parking. 2. Entry is free. 3. The... More

I went with my 4 boys eldest is 12 youngest is 2, I'd bought an amazon local voucher for ice cream. Even though it was a very mixed day weather wise, it was still really busy and there was lots to do to entertains the boys. They had a go on mini golf, quad bike track, tractors, all play areas... Had groupon voucher for entry to playbarn and icecream. Nice little farm and some outdoor activities I.e parks, ride on tractors and assault course . Did some Mining for gold which was fun and went In the playbarn. Not over priced at all. However not enough seats in playbarn and kids can easily slip out the gate

We made a decision to visit on the way back home from Chester. It was very busy when we arrived late afternoon. We headed straight to the ice cream counter, after studying the menu board for a while, I still could not decide which flavour to choose, so as my turn came to be served I made a snap decision... This place is well worth the visit if your passing by, lovely little place which is great for young family or those young at heart. Enjoyed viewing the animals, testing the ice cream and gold panning. Will recommend.

The ice cream is delicious and is quite famous. There are always crowds of visitors and that is no surprise as it is a great family place. The rooms can be hired for children's parties etc. you can even view the cows in the adjacent barn when they are gathered for milking. Pay a visit you will not be disappointed!

This place is cheap as chips. Ice cream, I have never seen so many different flavours!!! We had a double cone for £3 each bargin. There is a cafe but we didn't eat in there. Free park and small animal holding. Crazy golf, qusd bikes and gold mine are all a pound each. Depending on your children you could spend... More
