My other half brought me here as a surprise for my birthday. I loved it, the ice cream was so amazing and the animals were so cute I wish I could've brought them all home with me. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to make our own flavour ice cream but we will definitely be coming back... More

This is a great place for getting the kids out the house and has a entertainment of about 2-4hrs. I would prefer to rate this place as good as if you want to spend the money it would be very good yet if you went without wanting to spend much it would be just ok. Very well kept and of... More

Went to the ball pit at the ice cream factory today and as I was by the toddler play area a group of disabled children arrived. One child in particular was in a wheel chair with plaster casts on both legs. He approached the staff asking if he could take the child in the toddler play area. To my utter... More

Just avoid the crushes of weekend afternoons. Some of the weirdest flavours but they need to be tried. Great for the kids and oldies alike and you can make a full day out if you mix it with say a half day at the local candle factory.

Visited with my parents simply for a nice meal, the restaurant was packed and the health and safety questionable as prams blocked walkthrough areas, the choice of food is reasonable if somewhat lacking in imagination. On the plus side customer service was excellent, obviously training without a mention to H & S is well carried out. In conclusion then if... More

We visited the farm on a Sunday, it was busy but still enjoyable, kids played on all play equipment safely and we enjoyed an ice cream in the sun. The playbarn was a bit hot as air conditioning wasnt working, but was very clean and well maintained. The kids loved seeing the animals. A lovely afternoon out.

My daughter & I took 5 little ones today - aged 13 months, 3, 4 and two 8 year-olds. I was really surprised that there was so much to do, and we didn't find it expensive. I was surprised there was no entrance charge, and that the 'prospecting for gold' (!), crazy golf an quad bikes only cost a pound... More

First time we have visited this venue, we had been advised it was a great family day out. We attended with our teenage son, we had nice day and the ice cream was delicious although not cheap, 3 ice creams cost £16. I would recommend for family's with younger children as not much for teenagers to do.

After promising my two year old she could go into the toddler area soft play area, she was refused by a rude member of staff, as she was over the height restriction, I find this silly, as the park outside for 0-3 year olds was over run by 13-14 year olds, maybe some better rules and staff are needed here,...
