Visited Sark while on holiday in Guernsey. The boat takes about 1 hour and can be a bit bumpy! The island itself is idyllic, with no cars allowed, the only means of transport, if you don't want to walk or cycle, is the horse-drawn carriages which await you on arrival. Sark carriages take you round the island stopping off at... More

We booked the journey, 'bus' up hill and the carriage ride as a package - my advise - book independently. Our driver Michelle saved the day, she was professional and knowledgeable but the travel company over booked and didn't inform her which led to total confusion. She sorted it out And no one should complain (they did), ie don't shoot... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around Sark. Our horse was called Bob , our driver Paddy was very knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommended.

We do recommend George and Ina. Whilst this is Ina' s first season she is knowledgeable and provides an entertaining day as George pulls your carriage around Little Sark. Lunch at Little Sark was recommended and we crossed the walkway. Not even a shower of rain could dampen our day. However I do hope there are better places to eat... More

A great way to see the island and in relative comfort. If biking it around won't work for you and walking is out of the question - some of the tracks to the various places of interest are deceptively longer than the map can lead you to believe - the carriages are your only option. If visiting from Guernsey or... More

We have been coming to Sark in the Summer, on a day trip from Guernsey, for the past 11 years, and have always enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this lovely island made all the more enjoyable by a 2 hour carriage drive with Charlie and George. We enjoy the running commentary by the drivers who really seem to be enjoying... What a way to experience a laid back lifestyle. Our driver was an excellent guide and gave us lots of information. It was a 2 hour trip and included a couple of stops at La Seigneurie (gardens) and La Coupee ( bridge joining Sark with Little Sark.) It was a lovely day and a grand way to take photos.

What a lovely way to spend a few hours on a sunny day. We had a day on Sark as part of a cruise we were taking with Princess Cruises My wife isn't too mobile so the bike riding option around the island was a non starter and although needing a push to be seated no problems after that as... More

We were four adults and two young children, so there was no way for us to tour the island except by horse drawn carriage. Although peak season, it was easy to get a carriage in the middle of the day. The young French guide (driver) was informative and helpful. There were several options as to the route, based on where... More

What a wonderful day we had on the Isle of Sark. Got off the ferry, walked through the tunnel an you are met by the 'Toast rack' its well worth the £1.10 to go up the hill an be transported back in time. You then come across the carriage rides, we did the 2 hr which takes in the Seigneurie... More
