Met the lovely Megan at the top of the hill on arriving off the 10am ferry from Guernsey. Megan gave us a guided tour of the island and was very entertaining. Would definitely recommend!

when visiting Sark, one thing you must do is take the island carriage ride. Our hosts for our tour were Charlie and George, Charlie, or was it George!!!! she had a thorough and very interesting knowledge of the island, including the serial killer!!!!, you'll have to ask her. We were then dropped off at Stocks hotel. MUST DO.

The best way to see Sark the drivers live on the island so they know all about it. This was part of a day trip to Sark from our cruise ship & the carriage ride was the best part of the whole cruise. If travelling interdependently you have to take a ferry from St Peter Port to Sark then either... More

Visited Sark for the 3rd time and this was the first time I'd gone on a horse and carriage. I first had a little walk around and returned to the "taxi rank" about an hour and a half after arriving. This meant I avoided the rush from the harbour and was able to book on a carriage with 2 other... More

Booked a 2 hour tour and met Megan on arrival. She was able to adapt the standard tour to suit our needs as my wife and her brother were trying to re-visit a childhood family holiday. Alfie behaved impeccably and Megan was very friendly.

We were met by Michele and Alfie and set of on our trip. We chose the sights we wanted to see and spent a very enjoyable two hours taking in the views. We would thoroughly recommend this as an incredible way to see a most beautiful island.

We arrived by ferry and took the tractor and trailer up to the village. We hadn't booked in advance but we booked on the spot for a 2 hour trip with Danny Wakley in one of his fleet of carriages. He wasn't due to leave for 20 minutes so we had time for a coffee before boarding for the trip... More

Wonderful leisurely drive in a pony and trap carriage. Very experienced, licensed drivers ( we had Lisa) and well behaved horses (ours was Tipsy). We paid £15 each for a two hour drive and it was well worth it. highlight of the day.

Visited Sark while on holiday in Guernsey. The boat takes about 1 hour and can be a bit bumpy! The island itself is idyllic, with no cars allowed, the only means of transport, if you don't want to walk or cycle, is the horse-drawn carriages which await you on arrival. Sark carriages take you round the island stopping off at... More
