Lovely market, lots of very nice stalls selling anything from aprons {hand made} on the craft stalls to zucchini {local grown}on the fruit and veg. There are some good deals to be had and lots of friendly banter from the stall holders. Nice sweet stalls as well as hot food, too much to choose from . We went on a... More

This a lovely market in the heart of Cambridge. There is so much to see and choose from such as clothes, books, fruit and veg, music, bike repair,s coffee, fresh juices and antiques, There are not many markets like this selling good quality items rather than the knock off rubbish that some markets sell. Go and have a look you... More

This used to have a vibrant selection of what would now be called artisan traders, but I'm going back 30 years! They now appear to be in the minority, with the majority of stalls selling the same old stuff that you'd find in most markets around the country.

It's the heart of the town since the square is close to King's College, Tourist Information and famous "Eagle" pub. I enjoyed walking the market and used to buy almost every day a smoothie in a stand on the corner (1gbp-4gbp) and second-hand books (there are at least three stando selling them). I find this square lovely. It remeinds me... More

What a hoot! If you love flea markets, etc., you'll love this market. The best washcloths I've ever had came from there when we were traveling and needed some. Got them over 30 years ago and they're still in use. A huge variety of stuff. Take an hour and stop by.

Great place to buy some delicious local seasonal foods. A few stands with cusine from all over the world. My favourite is the coffee and tea stand. The bread stand offer great choice of different kinds of bread - everyone can find something for themselves.

Very nice traditional market square will surrounding shops and restaurants. The market isn't very big and could do with a few extra stalls. Lots of homemade items to buy

The city is beautiful and this market lies just off the historic walk along the min colleges and the cathedral. The market is quite small but interesting, artisan and well worth a visit. Didn't buy anything in this occasion but wonderful nevertheless.

We took a brief wander around this market. There are plenty of interesting stalls. My favourite was the one selling rocks and minerals etc. where you could even buy what they called (fossilised) 'dinosaur poo' for a fiver. Must have been very small animals, though. It was fairly crowded on this weekday afternoon but there doesn't seem anything particularly special... More

There was a vender selling ostrich burgers. Little gamey and dry but not bad??.. Other than that it is run of the mill market square... nothing special.
