It is worth the drive up from London to go to this venue. Situated right in the middle of town, it puts on plays of high quality in a building which is beautifully modern with excellent facilities, lots of space and great loos - sadly the opposite of most of the old London theatres my wife and I regularly frequent.... Only recently discovered this lovely theatre for a great night and a matinee. Have been twice recently and cannot fault either experience. Drinks reasonably priced too and helpful staff with great plays being put on with a varied programme. Will definitely return soon.

We have been to this theatre three times recently. All the productions have been a really high standard, and so much cheaper than the West End. Great staff, nice bar and comfortable seats in an intimate space. Well worth many visits!

I never new the cinema existed though must have passed it hundreds of times. 4 quite small screening rooms. Seats quite comfortable and adequate leg-room.

I have been to the Cambridge Arts Theatre a few times to see the annual Christmas Pantomime. It's a great venue with loads of comfortable seats. Don't miss the Christmas Pantomime if you're in Cambridge in December/January!

We are regular visitors to the warm cosy Arts Theatre. We saw David Suchet last night (of Poirot & more fame) in Importance of being Earnest and it was fantastic, brilliantly performed by the entire cast. The theatre often has many "TOP NAME" artists. Wonderful for such a small venue in Town centre. Secure parking easy across road at the... More

We loved it - cosy, but big enough for a great atmosphere, welcoming and conveniently positioned for transport and food nearby. My only criticism would be that the ladies was really poorly signed, resulting in a degree of panic as the interval drew to an end! The play we saw was fantastic, so it would seem they make good judgements... More

Although we live 100 miles away we have been drawn back several times to this theatre by the excellent productions it hosts and the warmth of the overall "theatre experience". The staff are always friendly and make us feel very welcome; they add a lot to the evening. Recent upgrades have improved the appearance of the interior.

This was our first visit to Cambridge Arts Theatre. It is a lovely small and intimate theatre. Nice staff offered a warm and friendly welcome which made us feel very comfortable. The Theatre was very clean, warm and cosy. Only negative would be better signage as we did not find the venue easily, but that may be just because we... More
