I have been to the Cambridge Arts Theatre a few times to see the annual Christmas Pantomime. It's a great venue with loads of comfortable seats. Don't miss the Christmas Pantomime if you're in Cambridge in December/January!

We are regular visitors to the warm cosy Arts Theatre. We saw David Suchet last night (of Poirot & more fame) in Importance of being Earnest and it was fantastic, brilliantly performed by the entire cast. The theatre often has many "TOP NAME" artists. Wonderful for such a small venue in Town centre. Secure parking easy across road at the... More

We loved it - cosy, but big enough for a great atmosphere, welcoming and conveniently positioned for transport and food nearby. My only criticism would be that the ladies was really poorly signed, resulting in a degree of panic as the interval drew to an end! The play we saw was fantastic, so it would seem they make good judgements... More

Although we live 100 miles away we have been drawn back several times to this theatre by the excellent productions it hosts and the warmth of the overall "theatre experience". The staff are always friendly and make us feel very welcome; they add a lot to the evening. Recent upgrades have improved the appearance of the interior.

This was our first visit to Cambridge Arts Theatre. It is a lovely small and intimate theatre. Nice staff offered a warm and friendly welcome which made us feel very comfortable. The Theatre was very clean, warm and cosy. Only negative would be better signage as we did not find the venue easily, but that may be just because we... More

I went back to CAT yesterday evening to see the final night of 'Oh what a lovely war'. This was one of the best performances I have seen on stage and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had not been for a couple of years but have seen several plays here over the years including; 'The Blue Room' and 'Calendar Girls'.... More

A beautiful little theatre with an excellent variety of productions throughout the year- many with well known actors/actresses. No matter how many times I visit I am never disappointed. Central location easily accessible with multi-storey car park very close by.

We went to see the comedian Sara Pascoe. It was full, I guess the capacity was around 250. The layout and configuration is good with good views and plenty of space and comfort. This felt like a larger venue with a cosy feel to it. Not too busy at the interval and pleasant little bar/foyer area. Parking good in multi... More

Fantastic is all I can really say, we went to see Aladdin at the above just after New Year and it was worth every penny. Well done to the cast and also to the venue for staging it. Bravo indeed..!!

we went to see Aladin and the theatre staff were so helpful. The theatre itself is small and beautifully laid out. I could not see any restricted views. We would certainly visit again.
