A good walk for a lovely spring day or an autumn day to see the beauty of the nature. The roman walk is a long walk which is quite relaxing.

You can spend many hours, walking through the trees, enjoying nature, fresh air and stunning views. If you need space to think or just relax, an hour here, will do you good.

We've not only visited Wandlebury for lovely country walks in all kinds of weather, but have acted here as part of the In Situ theatre company who regularly stage performances. The park is hugely atmospheric, with fields, copses, woods, a wonderful 'ring' round which one can walk and a picnic area. The Park also puts on events throughout the year,... More

This was a lovely area to walk particularly with the Autumn colours. The car park charge of £3 irrespective of length of stay was excessive and did put us off returning. Dogs are required to be on lead. Nice enough but wouldn't rush back.

We didn't stay long but could have stayed for quite a few hours longer (we were following a walk from "Routefinder Cambridgeshire & the Fens walks guidebook" but took a detour to have an explore of Wandlebury Country Park) . The picnic area was lovely and there were some lovely walks. We spotted lots of orienteering posts around whilst walking... More

Enjoyed a couple of hours here and a picnic with the family, great that there is a map you can take round with you. The parking is cheaper than going shopping in Cambridge. There's a need for at least a snack kiosk selling drinks and ice creams here if not an actual cafe. Good morning but not enough here to... More

Had a nice walk around and then a picnic lunch here. The is a pay and display car park that doesn't cost a lot. There is a small information hut with maps and info of things to make your visit more interesting. Lots of open ground for games, picnic and nice short walks. Perfect for families, giving kids great opportunity... More

Perfect place to take the family with young kids in the summer. Ideal place to go for a long walk, picnic and great for kids to play.

I always enjoy visiting Wandlebury but usually cycle from Cambridge to the car park where the Roman Road begins (or further on down it if joining from Fulbourne) As others have pointed out facilities are very limited but I think the walks are worth the effort of getting there.
