The Zoology museum is quite an interesting collection of skeletons and stuffed animals from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It can be a gruesome and moderately harrowing experience, but is genuinely interesting. They have a lot of extinct animal remains in there and the museum tells the story of evolution throughout. I am fascinated by this place. So interesting to see all the skeletons particularly the giant sloth. Don't bother with upstairs (apart from the turtle skeleton that looks like it came out of A Nightmare Before Christmas) but don't miss the whale outside. More

I visited here with my girlfriend - for my part I thought it was an interesting and very important collection. I think it was arranged well and had lots of good information. It was not really child friendly, very quiet and nothing interactive, a very traditional museum. For my part I'm glad it's there and I am glad to have... More

This museum literally has hundreds of skeletons and stuffed samples, some of which are absolutely stunning. There isn't anything quite like being able to walk up to the skeleton of an African elephant, or that of a blue whale. While the museum is rather small, it is literally packed with things to see.
