A walking tour of Cambridge is the perfect way for visitors to explore the this city, and to learn of its history. Our knowledgeable guide pointed out aspects of the city which would have been missed by anyone just walking around, and with access to Kings College Chapel included in the tour, it is strongly recommended.

I took a tour on Saturday 23rd August with Tony in his characteristic blue stripped jacket as group guide. It was high point of my visit to enter two colleges of one of the most esteemed universities in the world with someone who could tell me some anecdotes and a bit of history and do so in a way that... I went on the official guided tour of Cambridge on Sunday 24th August at 1.30pm - 3.30pm with Tony. We started a little late, but Tony overran by 15 minutes until 4pm, so we definitely got our monies worth. Tony was full of charm, charisma and witty stories about Cambridge. His walking tour was great, not only informative but also... More

We have just done the official two hour walking tour round Cambridge. It was excellent and well worth the price. It covered the history of the university collages with some interesting anecdotes. Also covered some of the historic town, but the majority of the tour is about the university and especially the two named colleges for the tour. (The two... More

From the moment Tony arrived in his magnificent blue & white striped jacket, we were all captivated, not just by his in-depth knowledge of Cambridge but his pleasant personality, anecdotes & humour. We were treated to a tour of places that we would never have found and gained entry into colleges that were not necessarily open to the public. We... More

Make sure you book in advance with the TI office as they can take only 20 on each tour, The tour lasts 2 hours and takes in a little of the city and its history and then visits one college and Kings College Chapel. The chapel is amazing, particularly the roof, and it was a shame that the choir was... More

Tony organised an amazing tour of Cambridge for our group of 12 international visitors. He was witty, charming, patient and very knowledgeable. He obviously has a great passion for Cambridge, the city and it's history and it is shown in his enthusiasm as a guide. We started with a tour of the American war cemetery in Madingley, then an idyllic punt on...
