Tony organised an amazing tour of Cambridge for our group of 12 international visitors. He was witty, charming, patient and very knowledgeable. He obviously has a great passion for Cambridge, the city and it's history and it is shown in his enthusiasm as a guide. We started with a tour of the American war cemetery in Madingley, then an idyllic punt on... We had a great tour with a guide (Tony) who showed us two fantastic colleges as well as other interesting sights, combining facts with a good sense of humour - making the tour a memorable event also for our lively sons.

We visited Cambridge in July. Booked our 2-hour tour right at the TI office. Tony was our guide. He's very knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating, and with a great sense of humor. King's College Chapel was a highlight.

Went on the 2 hour walking tour which took us through Pembroke and King's College Chapel. Guide was extremely knowledgable of the area and all the colleges and made the experience enjoyable. King's college is a must see and the cost of the tour includes entry to the chapel so good value.

Tony took us on a private ghost tour for two and he didn't disappoint. We waited for him outside the Guildhall on a dank, uninviting Tuesday night and he arrived the part, striding towards us wearing a heavy duty fisherman's jacket and a rain-sodden hat that shadowed most of his face. It was a convincing start for a spooky walk... More

I had Julie as my guide, and couldn't have been happier. Very glad to have taken the 11 a.m. tour on Saturday for two reasons. One, Cambridge gets very busy in the afternoon with tourists and people going to market day. Two, this is the time slot that gives you the King's/Queens' college tour. Queens' college features a Tudor-era building... More

This is a great tour. We booked last minute for a party of eleven and they were very helpful and responsive. Tony did a fantastic job guiding us through Cambridge and several colleges. He kept my 10, 9, and 8 year old engaged and entertained. Quite a feat. Highly recommend..

After seeing the excellent reviews, my wife and I chose this tour but were thoroughly disappointed. It was a 2 hours tour of which 45 mins were spent inside the kings college chapel and another 20 mins inside pembroke college chapel. This was a very religion and philosophy based tour so if you are looking for these then the tour... More

Dear kabramayank , Thank you for taking the time to submit a review although I am sorry you felt the tour did not live up to your expectations. I should explain that when entering a college you can only visit the Chapel and grounds, no other buildings are open to the public. We do indeed spend a reasonable amount of... More

Don't even think of visiting Cambridge without starting with this tour. Without a guide you will walk right by too many interesting or important buildings and places. We happened to be there on an exam week so all the colleges were closed. We did get to go inside the King's College Chapel and got to see into several of the... More
