We spent a fun 2 hours learning about central Cambridge in the company of Tim our excellent guide. He was smart, knowledgeable and entertaining. The walk itself was not arduous, it was well-paced and flat, suitable for all ages. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cambridge for the first time. Thanks Tim!

We arrived in town and booked our 2 hour tour at the info center of Pembroke, Kings college, and the town itself. There is so much history here it is incredible. The stories told about the town included war history, scientific breakthroughs, and royal involvement. Pembroke was charming and Kings College, especially the chapel, was excellent. Our tour was no... More

We booked this guided walking tour before we arrived through the Tourist Information Office and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide Shirley, was very knowledgable and professional and made our walk both interesting and fun. We visited King's College and Queen's College as well as the Eagle pub and Shirley pitched the information provided just right. A little pricey at... More

Amazing walking tour with Stephen our fantastic guide. For two hours we were amazed with the his knowledge and learnt so much . We saw so much we would never have seen or learnt on our own. This "official guided tour" is very good value.

Great tour by John who knows his subject and delivers it well. Visited main areas in town plus Queens' and Kings colleges finishing in the Kings Chapel. Really enjoyed and highly recommended.

There are loads of ticket touts in Cambridge but would strongly recommend you ignore them all and book your tour through the information bureau. Our guide was Dr. Stephen Halliday, a lecturer at one of the university colleges. He was not only informative but also highly entertaining.

Took this walking tour after using the city sightseeing bus tour as most of the college’s were closed I thought it was a good way to get to Kings College chapel. The tour is approximately 2 hours and whilst I’d heard some of the history to Cambridge on the bus tour there was a lot of things I learnt on... More

Date of tour: 6 June 2015 Our guide was Dr Stephen Halliday. We enjoyed our tour very much. He entertained us with interesting nuggets of information that gave context to the landmarks and helped us better appreciate them. The 2 hours passed by very quickly. A highly recommended tour.

A 2 he walking tour if Cambridge, led by a local guide. Good explanation about the history of Cambridge, some of the buildings and about the colleges. Included a visit to Kings College Chapel, well recommended. Discounts for students and senior citizens, but still a bit expensive
