I went to the bucks goat farm today with my nephew and he loved it so much, the facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and also attractive cafe girls and working on front desk.

Great day out for us and our young son. We really enjoyed meeting all of the animals and there was a great selection of animals on offer for him to look at including a gigantic rabbit and donkey. Everyone was very friendly and their idealism towards the farm is to operate it as a rescue center. You can see this... More

We visited the Goat Centre today (21 Feb) despite having read some the negative reviews. All I can say is we and our grand-daughters had a great time looking at and feeding the animals. The tiny piglets, kids and baby rabbits were lovely. We managed to avoid being bitten, as in some of the reviews, by heeding the notices. This... More

I think the review about the pony biting the child is a bit strange as they only have one pony and there is a clear sign that warns you that he might bite!!! I have always found this farm a really nice place to visit with children. Most farms in the area are really expensive but this is much more... More

I had been here years ago and loved it, was perfect then! However now is a completely different story! The place is run down and tired and obviously lacks visitors as money is obviously not put into the place. I was there this afternoon with a child of 3, he loves th animals and likes to feed the goats. He... More

We took our youngest grandchild last week to what was described as 'a great day out for all the family'. Sadly it was a run down, ramshackle place that didn't live up to expectations. Whilst I can't deny it may be doing its jib as a rescue centre, it took us about an hour to visit every enclosure walking very... More

Me, my husband and our two little ones visited this farm not long ago and loved it. It is a small farm but it has plenty to see! My little girl had the chance to hold a rather cute baby rabbit! We also had the chance to hold chicks, guinea pigs, ferrets and even stroke a cockatoo! We certainly enjoyed... More

We walked in- the first Shetland pony we saw bit my son, despite him holding his hand out flat (I have worked with horses in the past and know how to feed one.) The pony then got a huge erection and followed us agresively round the field. Really not sure he's a suitable animal to be near children! To add... More

Over the years I have visited the Bucks Goat Centre many times. My daughter first went there when she was a toddler and now that she's 14 she still loves the place. There are now all types of animals including chicks, parrots, ducks, lots of rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs and piglets, a lama and a donkey. You can... More

It is a cheap afternoon out for a young family. It isn't Alton Towers but perfectly acceptable. People moaning about animals biting shows a fundamental lack of understanding about animals. It isn't a bad lesson to learn. If you want entirely safe "animals" go to Eurodisney. I wouldn't travel miles to get there but it is a pleasant place.
