A great wood although having to pay to park is a downer - surely a wood is a natural place that should be free to all? having said that, if the price is going for conservation there i don't mind. In autumn this huge wood is beautiful and also the tree lined roads leading to Wendover.Worth just the drive alone... more

Wendover Woods in Mid-February. It was a cold wet day, and instead of staying indoors, my partner and I went for a walk in the Wendover Woods, it was great.
