Opposite Bristol Cathedral and the shops in Park Street. Very close to Bristol Centre and the harbourside. Great views of the University and the whole of park street. Within walking distance of Harbourside, Brandon Hill, Bristol Hippodrome, Colston Hall,Queen Street and Queen road. Steps not far away which lead down to Frogmore Street.

Beautiful oasis in the centre of Bristol. Mostly full of kids desperately trying to reenact their own version of skins. In the summer it is quite crowded but you can normally find a spot to enjoy an ice cream and have a lounge.

There's a lot of young people sat in the grass, a lot of seagull who want to steal your sandwich but it's nice and close to everything

A lovely open space to gather in. We have great photo of our daughter with students throwing mortar boards in the air following graduation ceremony in Cathedral nearby. In summer the grassy area is so inviting for Al fresco picnic or just chilling out. An oasis of calm in a busy City.

A nice place to relax especially on a sunny day. The grass is always green and flowers always in bloom. You can enjoy your time and rest or even have a picnic. There are always people around enjoying the place and see the beauty of the Bristol Cathedral and the historical buildings.

First time I'd walked around it in daylight and it's quite a nice location with some great buildings around it. There looks to be plenty happening here most of the time and lots of 'people-watching' opportunities.

Very close to city centre and boutique shops. If you are shopping up there it is more likely you'll want to find a nice bistro restaurant to eat rather than cop a squat on the green!

Near city centre, bottom of Park Street with lots of restaurants and shops. Outside cathedral. Lots of benches to sit down and relax if weather is nice.

Just a green space, but sandwiched between the Cathedral and Bristol City council house, both places worth seeing. The open space is good in summer for office workers to eat lunch or play foot ball on. The pathed area is used by the skateborders and is good fun to watch
