Wanted to tour harbour, seemed to be ideal trip with commentary. We purchased ticket from tourist information turned up at pontoon only to find morning trips cancelled, next one at 2.30 wanting to see the harbour we decided to go shopping then return that afternoon, we rushed back for 2.30 only to find a group of people waiting but no... Great little tour. Lots of details all the way around the harbour side, from, the boats, buildings, and area passed. Tips for harbourside bars and restaurants and loads of history. Covered boat so weather not a problem. 45 mins entertainment for 6 quid.

We took the boat tour in the Bristol Floating Harbour. The guide was excellent with lots of information. The fare was £6.00 per adult and lasted 45 minutes. It was a glass top sightseeing boat with all weather protection and heating.

While the commentary to the boat trip was informative, what you actually see from the "Floating Harbour" is not of much interest, the most interesting thing being a view of Brunel's SS Great Britain from outside its drydock (which you might have already seen or will see in detail when you visit it - see our seperate review). But, the... More

For £6 you cant go wrong! A lovely 45 min trip around the floating harbour was a nice relaxing trip, at the helm was James who gave an excellent commentry on the history of the harbourside, thoroughly enjoyable and would have another trip when back in Bristol. Refreshments and a toilet are available on board and James covered the safety... More

As part of a birthday treat we had a cream tea harbour cruise. It lasted nearly 2 hours, and was fun, informative, and excellent value for money. The tea was plentiful and delicious. Well worth going on this!

We took the harbour tour. Although we live in Bristol it's fun to do some of the tourist things, and having done this tour we would certainly take visitors. It's only possible to scratch the surface of Bristol's maritime history in 45 minutes but our guide did a good job. Informative and entertaining.

What a lovely way to travel to Beese's tea garden. Beautiful boat, the Tower Bell, for discovering the richness of Bristol's waterside. Good for sight seeing and Tower Bell has good loos and a small bar

Wonderful fairly priced place to start your visit to Bristol Harbor. The crew was attentive and provided an excellent history of the harbor and pointed out sights along the harbor which we explored after the trip...they pointed out a great BBQ place I reviewed right on the harbor. There is a pay and display parking lot about 50m behind the... More

We were part of a large birthday party that hired a boat cruise aboard the Bagheera. There was a range of ages aboard from elderly to toddler and the staff were helpful and accommodating to all. We were a bit packed but that was down to our numbers, not the boat. There was a small bar on board and a... More
