As two (husband and wife) of a party of 30 members of Probus (including partners) visiting Bristol and the Wye Valley, we can thoroughly recommend booking a ferry around Bristol's Harbour. It lasts for an hour and gives one an opportunity of seeing old and new Bristol, in comfort, with an entertaining and interesting commentary. It is a difficult attraction... More

Most capable, helpful and welcoming mainly female crews. They will advise on sights. I bought day ticket and could jump on and off all day. A great way to see the docks and nearby attractions including Brunel's SS Great Britain which has its own jetty.

Called Bristol Ferry Boats to discuss 50th birthday booking. Spoke to a woman who just wasn't interested in couldn't care less about my potential booking. Couple of days later my partner, whose birthday it was, visited them to be greeted with the same attitude. Hence we didn't bother and booked a lovely party elsewhere
