We took a small trip on one of these ferries. Plenty of boats so not long to wait and the cost was very reasonable. Give one a try!

24 of us went on a Bristol ferry tour as part of a hen do weekend, the trip was well organised yet relaxed and fun. They were very accommodating and made it a really lovely afternoon. I strongly recommend this company to anyone visiting Bristol.

They are good, it's just a shame they are not integrated with the rest of the public transport system.

We travelled to Bristol on First Great Western trains and were therefore eligible for a '2 for 1' offer on the blue and yellow Bristol Ferry Boats. This is a magical way to travel from Temple Meads Station (just follow the signs for Temple Quay and Ferry from the platform exits). The Ferry company has a very helpful video on... More

Bristol ferry boats, an Icon of Bristol. Now privately owned by a whole bunch of people. You must surely make a point of going on one. Friendly, cute, fun and historic. Make sure you get the right one. One has a grommet on the front!!
