My late Nan collected Bristol Blue for as long as I can remember and I purchased a few pieces for her myself such as the blue swan, the blue earrings and she actually left her earrings to me. So Bristol Blue is not just something I take pride in as a Bristolian, it's truly special to me. Keep up the... More

We came here intentionally to buy some blue glass for ourselves and as an engagement present for a cousin. Well worth it. We also got a couple of beads for my charm bracelet, which are lovely, and were asked if we wanted to see some glass being blown, which of course we said yes! It was not a duck, but... More

Took the works' team for an afternoon of bauble blowing. Really interesting, lots of fun, amazing skills (especially my bauble blowing). £12.50 to blow your own bauble. Walked down to Bocabar afterwards for a beer.

We wanted to buy a souvenir of our visit to Bristol and it turned out to be very good choice at the original vritol blue glass showroom. We had a wide range to choose from. The lady at the shop was knowledgeable and interested in helping us with the selection. Overall a very good experience.

Visited to blow baubles! loved it. Fun, hands-on experience with super friendly and amazingly talented glass-blowers. Worth a visit to see them in action.

I recently visited the workshop on the bath rd and watched the glass being blown. Really interesting and you can see everything going on. The staff were brilliant with the children. I went back to the shop today to buy a gift and I must say yet again the staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. If you've ever wondered... More

I was quite surprised recently when I visited the shop on bath road at the staffs attitude. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, she made me feel relaxed (I had two young children keen to look) and welcome. They were open to work with a gift I gave had and I am awaiting a quote. Lovely people, lovely stuff.... More

Thanks for a great afternoon tour. Most of our group had seen glass-making demonstrations in the past but all agreed that this was the most informative We heard all about the origins and history of glass-making and watched many types of glass being made. We were made very welcome and all our questions were answered. Many thanks. We'd recommend the tours... More

It was my partner's special birthday, so we went to Bristol. We both went and made a bauble out of blue (or red) glass. It was great fun and the guys there explained the whole process and we actually blew down a metal pole to make the ball. It was then amazing to see how they melt the glass to... More

Having visited for the second time to buy glassware at the Bath Road site in Bristol, I was pleased with my first purchase of wine and whiskey glasses and subsequently a beer glass as a present. The service and welcome has always been excellent. It was on my last visit that I mentioned that a pair of cufflinks had a... More
