We weren't sure what to do about taking our 9year old to see Father Christmas and the Old Down experiences came across as being a bit different. Went here for a family day out. Had an amazing time till we went to visit the bunnies. As a rabbit owner myself I'm familiar with living standards, and was outraged that the rabbit had no hay. The facilities are fabulous in terms of the park and the trampoline play areas. The animals can be a little hit and miss, sometimes there are a lot of empty pens and the ones that do have animals in are mainly different type of chickens. We were a party of 3 adults and 4 children and we visit almost weekly.... More

- virtually no signage en route to the park itself and not being from the area, would have never found it if it wasn't for sat nav - cafe, walled garden and adventure playground really lovely and well maintained, ideal for families with a varied age range for children -staff friendly - animals had very little info on their pens... We picked the park.as it was almost halfway for my family all to meet up. I would agree with others about signage on roads but we all managed to make it. Our two young grand children had a lovely day out,animals to see close up they got to hold the rabbits and guinea pigs and played on all the equipment... More

Visited on may day bank holiday monday. Lots to see and do. Although busy you can always find a quiet spot for a picnic. Loved the chance to touch pigs lambs rabbitsvand chicken.
