We had a wonderful experience on May 17, lots of touring around looking for activity, then finding it in spades off Ruckle Provincial Park for over half an hour, two pods of Transient Orcas. Our guide couple could even tell us they were T123b and T39 pods. A beautiful day to see lots of Orca breaching, an incredible sight we... More

We sailed from the bay with Simon on an excellent tour with spectacular close encounters with Orcas, Humpbacks,Seals. Bald Eagle. A great trip with Simon providing loads of information on the animals.Boat handling in lumpy sea was excellent. Such a friendly outfit providing good protective gear and advice, would always go again.

I'll keep it short - Simon rocks, and the trip was a true delight. Saw whales and other natural delights, learned a lot of new stuff, but best of all he made sure that the animals were the show, not him. Not that Simon isn't entertaining in his own right! The zodiac was more comfortable than I ever would have... More

A lovely day on the water, great whale sightings, and knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour leaders, Simon and Mercedes. Not only did my 20-year old niece (Ontario) enjoy the adventure, so did her octogenarian grandparents (recent newcomers to BC coastal life). A great experience for all of us to share. Simon and his group offer knowledgeable and friendly service, are very... More

My niece and nephew took the afternoon trip with captain lance in late July (2014). This was without a doubt the best whaling trip I have ever been on and I have gone whalewatching in the Cape, Santa Barbara, and elsewhere. The boat is much smaller and intimate than the bigger boats I've been on allowing you to get into... More

My husband and I had an absolute blast on this tour!!! It was by far the most fun we had on our trip out west. We saw whales up close, sea lions, and bald eagles! We loved the boat ride, the staff, the suites. The whole experience was unique and worth it!!! If your looking for a fun and unique... More

Had a great time! This is the best way to go for whale watching off of Vancouver Island. You're on a rubber speed boat that is low to the water and the groups are maxed out at 12, so it's a very personal experience. I was glad I chose them when I saw other boats near the whale's with 50+... More

We had an amazing time. Lance was professional, knowledgeable, and mindful of not disturbing the whales, sea lions and seals we saw during our trip. My family and I had a great time and saw not one but two pods of whales! The sea lions and seals were a nice bonus.

It was a first time experience for seven friends and family including one four year old girl. Simon was an amazing guide who provided us with some wonderful memories. His knowledge and passion really added to the experience. I would highly recommend him and his company!
