Fushun is not a nice city, heavily pouted, but Gao'er Shan, Is an ok day out. You walk up the steps to the pagoda/temple, and behind that there is a park with a forest trail. It is worth a visit, even if just to get out of hectic Fushun for a while. There isn't anything spectacular there, but I don't... More

Mt Gao'er takes about half an hour at a decent pace to reach the top point. From the base there are steps up to various Buddhist shrines, all very beautiful, and the pagoda. These stairs are lit up in the evening which is very beautiful. Beyond the pagoda are paths across the mountain, with huts and benches and outdoor gyms... More
