I loved everything. It was not a hard hike but a beautiful stroll along the coast line. The only thing I did regret is not staying one more day to do it all over again - and this time I would have brought caviar and champagne to compliment the beauty of the day

We waited until the end of our trip to check out parts of the trail, as we weren't sure how far I would make it on foot, being 7 months pregnant. Although we didn't do much of the trail, we picked a spot near the Black Rock Resort, and walked out a little way in each direction. The views over... More

A very nicely maintained trail. We hiked in Ucluelet area on multiple sections. All are maintained quite nicely, with wide gravel trails that are not overgrown. Lots of viewpoints and benches to sit at and relax. Great views of the ocean. A lovely walk through rainforests, sometimes very dense such that they block out the sunlight. Other times, you are... The trek was something a beginner could do, but there were options for steep decline trails in places to the beach below. The views were breathtaking, and the trees and seas shore absolutely beautiful! We loved it so much we did it twice! Excellent photo opportunities too

Spectacular, rugged coastline. But not an easy walk! Lots of hills. Be sure to wear good walking shoes.

Nice easy walk. Nice path. Plaque cards described the area. Nice lighthouse at the end and spots to stop and enjoy the view.

the trail is very easy to walk on . We enjoy the view , the sound of the waves, the rainforest . Take a snack and go walking for a couple of hour.

My partner and I walked the entire 8.4 kms of this lush, pristine and viscerally stunning pathway located in Ucluelet, BC. While it was a Tuesday morning on a threateningly inclement day we encounter 5 other couples taking in segments of the walk. The curators have built the path specifically to accommodate artists and view takers and have constructed several... More

This walk is suitable for most people and is a great way to see the beautiful west coast. I was there with active older/elderly family members.
